Cons:

Se o AP não fosse tão quente, tivesse ventilação, se o ar condicionado prestasse, se tivesse algum tipo de varanda, a tv não pegou!
Só tem um pequeno varal p/colocar as roupas molhadas da piscina ou mar, não secam pois não tem vento de nada!
Sem contar das escadas, muita escada pra subir ou descer!

Muitas escadas, pois estávamos com 2 pessoas recém operadas.
E se você der nota baixa na avaliação, a anfitriã vai te encher de desaforo te chamando de burra por não ter lido direito que tinha muitas escadas. Estejam preparados.

Cons:

A limpeza do apartamento deixou muito a desejar, havia várias baratinhas. O estacionamento também foi ruim, pois tivemos que acordar de madrugada para retirar o carro e dar lugar a outro hóspede. Além disso, há muitas escadas, o que dificulta bastante para quem está com malas.

Cons:

Roupa de cama velha, cama desconfortável, travesseiros só lembrança (muito ruim, no outro dia com dor no pescoço), toalhas fedidas, garagem rotativa péssima para estacionar, caso você saia para jantar e chega um pouco mais tarde seu carro ficará para fora. Utensílios domésticos precários, faca não corta, secador de cabelo queimado, minha esposa conseguiu secar o cabelo depois de 2 dias que enviei mensagem, comunicação horrível entre o anfitrião do espaço.
