We stayed here for 2 nights because it is very near to the Terracotta soldiers' site and Huashang as compared to staying at the city. This allowed us to arrive early at the Terracotta soldiers' site in the morning before the crowds came. Getting a hail ride (didi) was not difficult nor expensive. We also went to watch the life performance "Song of Everlasting Sorrow" (a must watch!) and after the show, just hail the taxi from the roadside for like 20 yuan and you are back at the hotel in less than 15 minutes. Huashang was slightly more than 1 hour's ride away via good highway roads. We also used hail grab (didi).
This resort is spacious and beautiful. Staff were all very friendly and you are greeted by all working there. The room was large with a balcony facing the courtyard and the bathroom area is huge with double sinks. A great value stay indeed! The only negative we encountered is that the breakfast food was not up to par for a 5 star resort like this. The food, both Western and Chinese, were basic. There are also some fun facilities for children within the resort. We did not go to the hot springs (extra fee payable) due to time constraints. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in Agsana Lintong 7 years ago, It was excellent, with a sense of high quality hotel. Sadly no longer, A/C is terribly! Never below 26 or 25 degrees, not comfortable during the day, impossible at night to get some sleep.
They have oriented this hotel for families which is good but by doing so forgot the rest of us. We found children staff in our room that we never ask for including bases for toilets, toys etc. Outside playgrounds for children and at the end we understood this is just oriented for no other than children. We wanted other activities and classy ambient sometimes less noise. Staff is helpful and kind.

Very good hotel , nice room, nice food, very close to the Terrace Warriors.

I stayed 5 nights at Angsana for the proximity to tourist destinations. All staff here are sincere, helpful and welcoming, making your stay comfortable and feeling pampered. Food was tasty with high quality and I’ve never seen so many dishes selection before at buffet breakfast at any hotels worldwide. Room was tidy and very clean too.

ホテル内にレストランが数種類あり、プールや温泉、子供の遊び場もあり、家族で過ごすには最適。兵馬傭にも近く立地条件も良い。唯一、カフェはあるのだが通路脇で簡易的なものになっており、落ち着いて一息つくことができなかった。

All the staff are very nice, helpful and hospitality. The facilities and the room condition are in very good standard. However, the air conditioning system is terribly bad because we could not adjust the room temperature. Although they sincerely apologised for this issue, but nothing they could do except sending us a movable air fan.

It is in very quiet area and the room is very clean and nice. We enjoyed staying there.

Size was huge and perhaps that was part of the issue with this hotel, even getting to the Chinese restaurant took some walking along very cold corridors in the cold of winter. The breakfast though grand was just passable. However the price was reasonable during this period of low season for such a huge room and service staff were friendly. All in all a great stay but could have been better

a nice stay in Lintong district. clean and hygenic environment safe to kids and family. The play room and kid swimming pool are best choices to kids which allows you spend a day to warror tomb or huaan hill and spend a family night in the hotel. haven't tried the hot springs but trust it's worth for visit.

해외여행을 일본뿐이 가보지 않아서 잘모르겠지만 국내,외 여행중 직원분들이 제일 친절했던거 같음. 특히 호텔 내 훠궈집에서 처음먹어보는 음식이라 궁금한것도 계속 물어보고 계속 시키고 했는데에도 번역기 까지 돌려가며 알려주려고 노력하시던 직원 분이랑 온천이 하고 싶어서 온천을 찾아갔는데 한국어를 조금 할 줄 아시던 직원분이 계셔서 많은 도움을 받음.(당시 수영복을 팔고 계셨음.)호텔 로비에서 체크인 할때에 잠깐봤던 직원분이랑 셴양공항 면세점에서 다시만났는데 투숙객이였던걸 알아보고 먼저 인사해줬던게 신기하고 감동받았음.(하루 100명도 넘는 사람얼굴을 볼텐데..) 온천시설도 잘 되어있고 병마용과 가까워서 자녀분들과 방문하기 좋은 호텔인듯. 주변에 아울렛?도 있는듯. 가보진 않음. 그리고 왠만하면 수영복을 한국에서 가져가시길. 그리고 방에서 온천갈 때 방에있는 호텔용 가운을 가져가는것도 좋을듯. 엄청 큰 수건을 주긴하지만 추움.

The change in Xian after my visit 20 years back is tremendous and overwhelming.
Xian has become very much developed and an awesome city, wished I had more time to explore the streets and more places of interest.
7 days is definitely not enough for me. Weather was cold but forgiving. Except for the discomfort of my dry eyes, all went well for me. A city with lots of history and culture, lots to see, hotel service was excellent, warmth and thoughtfulness from the staff and walking distance to unexpected premium outlets for required and last minute needs.
Angsana Xian Lintong is definitely an excellent choice for family get-together, where everyone gets to engage in something they like as an individual or in a big or small group. Food is never a worry.

During my 3 days stay with my family at the hotel in mid November 2019, we were served with excellent hospitality from all the staff at the hotel. All of them make extra effort to ensure our family of 4 are well taken care off. They provide not only tip-top quality of service but also good advise and recommendation on all our enquiries about among others local food, attractions, transportation and many more. No wonder people said XiAn people are very nice and friendly. I totally vouch for that!

We were walking back to the hotel from a nearby Premium Outlet Mall. The security at the next door spa saw us and sent a buggy to fetch us back to our hotel!

I also wish to extend my special and heartfelt thanks to their Guest Service Center Supervisor, Ms Kathy Min. We accidentally left a pair of new shoe at the hotel and returned to our home country without the shoe. Ms Kathy makes all the effort to help us retrieve our item back in the shortest of time. Really impressive!! Well done Ms Kathy and team! We will highly recommend the hotel and XiAn to all. We love XiAn!

I and my friends arrived Xi'an on 7th Nov. We grabbed a car at the airport ahead to the hotel immediately. The driver mentioned the fare was a standard one but it turned out with a very expensive charge. We argued with him upon arriving the hotel. Anthony, the Chief Concierge, noticed that there was a situation. He approached us without hesitation and assisted us to deal with the driver. Obviously, the case was resolved smoothly. On 8th, he offered his help to us on how to use the DIDI to arrange car service which made our journey an easy and pleasant one. On 9th, when we got back to hotel after a long day journey, we discovered that we left a bag at a shop in town. Anthony and his colleague Arthur tried every different ways to locate it for us. They spent almost 30 minutes on this matter. Throughout the whole process, they demonstrated a very professional manner which was so impressive. They were patient and very customer oriented. I have no doubt to recommend this hotel to anyone who demand a good hotel of high quality.

My wife and I stayed at Angsana Lintong on 27/28 October and I want to shout a big thank you to Anthony, the concierge. No one in the all of China made us so welcome and feel at home. It was almost like staying with friends. He bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and interesting, including calling before we arrived to inquire about transport from the airport. When requested he arranged for tickets to The Song of Everlasting Sorrow including transport to and fro. When he saw us off for the show he even warned me to wear something warm. Thank you Anthony. I see you enjoy what you do and thanks for making our stay memorable. I have a friend in China now!

All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Food and prices of its Chinese restaurant are excellent. Only shortcoming is its central air-con was set to heater mode which is a bit warm. Therefore, they quickly sent a cool air fan to our room.

전체적인 호텔 상태, 서비스 등은 아주 훌륭했어요. 노천 온천을 이용하고 싶었는데, 투어 스케쥴이 늦게 끝나서 이용하지 못한게 아쉽네요. 숙박요금에 온천 이용 비용이 포함되지 않아서 따로 지불해야 했는데, 비싼편이었어요. 그래도 오랜시간을 이용할 수 있다면 해보는게 좋을거 같네요. 주변은 아직 개발중이라 관광지 말고는 따로 가볍게 돌아볼만한 곳은 없어요.

The hotel, being the only decent hotel in Lintong, is almost my only choice. The service meet the standards of a Banyan Tree one, however my visit was just in the National Day golden week. That brought two unpleasant experience: one is the long queue at check in and breakfast which I could bear; another was the loud and never stopping old patriotic songs in every public area, lobby, corridor everywhere! Almost drove me crazy! I can only guess this is required by local government, otherwise I cannot imagine a Banyan tree hotel broadcast such lousy and military marching songs!

Also their hotel design follows the traditional Chinese Sihe courtyard which makes functional area such as reception and restaurants are very far from some rooms. And access to the courtyard is difficult after they altered the traditional way (from open corridor with direct access to a window sealed for the air conditioning comfort). To rear courtyard, access, except one, only can be done via their restaurants which, are closed for most time! A beautiful garden indeed and I am the only guest there, just because others cannot find the way in.
