Manager JACKIE made us want to leave
Pros:

Horrible experience. We had no water from 11am until 8pm. They didn’t notify us upon check-in and minimal signage.

Manager JACKIE was awful. She gave attitude and raised her voice when we expressed dissatisfaction. Didn’t even apologize. I have no idea how she’s employed there. We cut our stay short because of her treatment.

Property was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and had a great vibe to it!

Cons:

The room was great but the bed was not comfortable. My back and hips were hurting. Mattress was definitely uncomfortable for my liking. To springy of a feeling.
