The breakfast was so so. The price was a little high.
The breakfast and the price.
Location was great. We liked being able to park on side and get into side door. Bed was comfy.
Room/bathroom were dirty. TV didn’t work properly, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, in-room coffee was horrible, breakfast was horrible, and smoke alarm went over very early Sunday morning. Won’t stay there again!

We got 4 rooms and one was not cleaned and ready, they had nothing else available so they had to refund and we had to find another place,
The staff was courteous and willing to help sort out the problem, however no solution available for us
We only had to stay one night
We showed up at 4pm and our room wasn't ready. Check in time was 3pm. People at the front desk couldn't tell us when our room would be ready due to cleaning issues. After check in, we went to the room and found chips in the sofa bed with dirty linens beside it. We took our kids to the swimming pool and we were unable to get into the pool room. We asked the front desk and was told that someone went to the restroom in the pool and asked why there were still people in the pool swimming. We were told that they were trying to figure out how to tell them how to get out because of human feces. The breakfast lady was very rude and acted like we were a pain to her by asking to refill empty utensils, etc.

Clean and easy check I
Parking lot was small
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The managers were very sweet and gave us ideas to do in Fredericksburg. We felt like home. Breakfast was great. We will repeat for sure!
The swimming pool had a lot of chlorine.

O lençol estava sujo, não havia sido trocado. Estou incluindo fotos. Como chegamos muito tarde para dormir, próximo da meia noite e a recepção no check in não tinha sido das mais receptivas, reclamamos no dia seguinte, no check out, colocamos uma toalha por cima da área suja e dormimos bem mal nesta noite.
No check in pagamos um valor a maior e não nos foi explicado que se tratava de uma fee que seria devolvida, caso o quarto estivesse em condições normais.
Estamos aguardando ainda pela devolução. Comopagamos com cartao de débito, o valor ja foi deduzido.
Resumo, definitivamente não retornariamos neste hotel.
The day clerk at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful. The evening clerk was very helpful and friendly.
The location was fine.
My husband and I traveled together but his name was on the booking so I was turned away at the front desk and was told I could not check in. I understand your policy but I have been staying at Marriotts my entire adult life booking the same way and have never been turned away.
Also the air conditioner squealed all night long. When I told the front desk the response I got was that they would have a mechanic look at it in the morning. They offered no other resolution so we literally stayed awake all night long. I almost went to the lobby to sleep on the couch.
