快適に宿泊。次回も宿泊したい。

当日の早朝の予約で利用いたしました。
スタッフの方々お世話になりました。
特に駐車場の出し入れ時間外の対応も心良く対応して頂きました。
数年前から何度となく利用しておりますが、いつも親切にして頂きありがとうございます。

Located on the quiet side of the station. Good room for the price. Would stay again.

Lovely room close to the station
Pros:

Our room was very spacious, and had everything you might need: a huge comfy bed, desk, bathtub and nice cosmetics, fridge and kettle, space for luggage, TV. The hotel is a very close walk from the station, with multiple shops and restaurants nearby. We were also able to store our luggage after check out and enjoy Kanazawa before heading for our train. High standard hotel and very good value for money.

Pros:

The room was really big. I did not expect it as hotel rooms in Japan are usually small. The Kanazawa Station was preety close too.

Cons:

Front desk staff manners were not great and quite off standing, perhaps she was having a bad day, but first impressions last and she was quote off Standish!

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Close to the train station. Good sized room for four (delux). Comfortable beds and two good pillows. Clean room. Can rent iron and ReFa straightener from the front desk for use during stay. Great face and hair products. Also other toiletries are available at the lobby. We stayed here mainly for a trip to Shirakawa-go so we were close to the station but far from other places of interest.

Cons:

Bathroom was small with less counter space and not enough hooks to hang anything inside. You absolutely cannot check in until 3PM but they will hold luggage for you.
