가격대비 넓고 깨끗한 숙소입니다.
Pros:

대전 DCC에서 가까웠어요(2Km내외)
성수기 가성비 좋은 깨끗한 곳이었습니다.
방안은 깔끔히 정리 되어있었고,
성수기에 하루 묵기에는 가격 대비 매우 만족합니다.

Cons:

지하 2층에 주차했는데, 조금 지저분했습니다.
잘 때 거실 에어컨 소리는 소음이 좀 심했어요.

Pros:

대전에서 놀다가 널널하게 자기 딱 좋았음. 단체 여러명이서 이용했는데, 2인실 3인실 나눠서 자니 펜션, 에어비앤비보다 훨씬 가성비 있고 좋음. 레지던스 호텔이라 주방, 냉장고 넓게 빠져있고 옷장도 크고 가방 놓을 자리도 널널함. 엄청 큰 거울이 있어서 화장하기 좋았음. 에어컨 잘 되고 수압 좋음! 만족만족

Cons:

들어가자마자 환기가 오래 안된 것 같은 냄새가 좀 있긴 함. 환기 하면 (코가 적응하는 건지 모르겠지만) 금방 빠짐.

Location was good. They used to have a cafe that served food at a good rate next door but it was gone.

신세계백화점 뒷편에 위치하고 있어 위치가 좋았으며,
금액대비 가성비가 좋았습니다.
