В пешей доступности достопримечательности города, кафе и рестораны, большие универмаги, магазины.
Pros:

Удобное расположение. Тихо, чисто, тепло, в номере есть всё необходимое для готовки еды и приема пищи, много места для одежды и размещения багажа, домашняя атмосфера, хороший напор воды, есть душевые принадлежности, микроволновка, большой холодильник, рисоварка, чайник, кружки итд.

Cons:

На одном из этажей автостоянки пахло сыростью, но это не доставило неудобств. Можно переставить машину на другой этаж. На других этажах не было запаха сырости.

가성비 갑. 대전컨벤션센터에서 가까운 숙소 적극추천!
Pros:

대전컨벤션센터랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 청소도 매일 청결하게 잘 해주셨고 3일동안 숙소 잘 이용하고 갑니다. 내년에 다시 행사에 참가하게 되면 다시 오고 싶네요. 무엇보다도 직원분들과 사장님 모두 다 매우 친절하셨으며, 급하게 출력할게 있어서 문의드렸는데, 흔쾌히 복사기 사용하게 해주셨어요. 가성비도 너무 좋았으며, 편안하게 머물다 왔네요. 내년에 또 예약하겠습니다!

주변에 식당들이 거의 없어서, 월평동까지 갔어요. 그 외에는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

The size of the room and the kitchen appliances. The room also had a washing machine for clothes which was very handy.

It has everything you need. It is a bit neglected and would need some maintenance, but it is clean and it is good value for money. Walking distance (20 min) to Cultural Center and ICC (conference buildings).
