Estancia Frabullosa
Pros:

Desde nuestra llegada, la ubicación 10/10, y el personal en recepción super amables. También nos encantó la habitación, está súper amplia, y de buen gusto. La cama súper cómoda con suficientes almohadas, escritorio para trabajar perfecto, la tele y un sillón al lado de la cama que es la joya de la corona. Estancia 10/10, el desayuno no lo probamos pero olía super rico y el espacio se veía cómodo.

Cons:

Me pareció un poco complicado lo del menú como interactivo de la tele, yo quería pedir un room service o así, y se supone que había un QR pero nunca lo ví. También se puede que recepción te conecte con cocina y así pero ya lo dejé por la paz y ya no pedí nada, pero de ahí en fuera todo al cieeeen.

Buenas instalaciones, mal servicio
Pros:

The only redeeming quality is that the rooms are very spacious, nice, and comfortable.

Cons:

I booked two rooms and couldn't find one of them. They told me to call Booking.com (at 11 pm) and complain to them, but they couldn't find the room on my reservation. After arguing, they agreed to check again and finally found it... half an hour later... by which time they were exhausted at 11 pm. The next day we went down for breakfast... and they had run out and it took them almost an hour to get more. They share the facilities with a corporate group, whose staff are very rude and abusive regarding the hotel parking. They didn't leave us towels. The real problem was the service; they are poorly trained.

Pros:

El desayuno si me gusto buena variedad.

Cons:

Reserve 3 noches pero solo me quedé 2 noches por la incomodidad del hotel y el recepcionista me comentó que tenía que reportarlo a Booking para que no me cobraran la 3o noches y see hizo absurdo.
El estacionamiento muy incómodo, limpieza de la habitación mal hecha, el frigobar no enfriaba y dijeron que así era, el teléfono de la habitación no servía. Etc

Cons:

Nos tardaron en entregarnos la habitación y se equivocaron en las llaves del cuarto dieron las mismas llaves a otra persona y el desayuno muy malo !!

La comodidad y las instalaciones.

Cons:

El baño. El desagüe de la regadera no cuenta con declive adecuado y el agua se encharca bastante y termina uno bañándose con los pies hundidos hasta casi el tobillo. De hecho esta marcado en el mismo piso de la regadera el nivel que alcanza.
