A masterclass in how not to run a hotel
Pros:

Stayed here with my wife and children and the experience was terrible from the moment we arrived.

At the lobby, another guest was already complaining because when he entered his room, there were other guests still inside. Not exactly the kind of welcome that inspires confidence.

There is no bellboy, so you’re expected to drag all your luggage from the parking lot to your room on your own. Once you get to the elevators, the situation doesn’t improve: several elevator buttons are literally missing, just holes in the wall where buttons should be.

The food somehow manages to be both expensive and low quality at the same time. Prices suggest a decent restaurant; the taste suggests otherwise.

Today another guest was arguing at reception because their rate “included breakfast” except it apparently only included breakfast for one person, even though the room was booked for two. A convenient surprise.

Overall, the place feels poorly managed, poorly maintained, and indifferent to guests.

I would never recommend staying here.

PUEDEN MEJORAR SI TOMAN EN CUENTA LOS DETALLES.

LA AMPLITUD DE LA HABITACIÓN, LIMPIEZA BÁSICA, ILUMINACIÓN ADECUADA.

LAVABO SE NOTA QUE SE ROMPIÓ Y LO "PEGARON", SE GOTEABA Y TUVE QUE PEDIR MTTO. QUE ATENDIERON PERO TUVE UNA NOCHE CON EL BAÑO MUY MOJADO ANTES DE QUE LO ARREGLARAN, ESOS FACTORES DABAN UNA APARIENCIA DE MUY DESCUIDADO, LA BASE DONDE ESTABAN SHAMPOO, ACONDICIONADOR Y SHAMPOO DE CUERPO "ROTO", LA PRIMER NOCHE SÓLO DEJARON SERVICIO DE TOALLAS PARA 2 PERSONAS Y ERAMOS 3. EL SEGUNDO DÍA SOLICITÉ LA QUE FALTABA PERO YA NO ME DEJARON TOALLAS FACIALES .MI HIJA AMANECIÓ CON RONCHAS EN PIES MUY GRANDES, REVISÉ COLCHONES Y NO VI ANIMALES PERO EN VERDAD FUE EN LA HABITACIÓN POR QUE NO LAS TENÍA.

El desayuno y la jefa de meseros / mesera excelentes!! Éramos un grupo grande por lo que estaría bien tener un cocinero más para no esperar tanto

Cons:

Sugiero mejor limpieza del mini refri por dentro, que sirva el elevador para todos los pisos porque a uno le faltaba el botón piso 2.

Solo que al llegar al hotel no había nadie esperando en la planta baja, hasta que leí que para registrarme tenía que subir al primer piso
cabe recalcar que llegué a la 1 a.m.
el acceso de abajo estaba cerrado.
El estacionamiento es pequeño y si vienes sobre la avenida, y no conoces Querétaro, puede ser confuso saber por dónde se entra al hotel .

Sin embargo, al llegar a recepción la atención fue excelente, y las habitaciones están bien y cómodas. En general, una buena experiencia con algunos detalles por mejorar.
