Room big and clean and location good

Cons:

I stayed in level 5, at the night still got hotel staff working on the conference room set up with huge noise and disturb my sleeping. I told the staff and call the front desk also to tell my concern, but working kept continue until late night.

Modern and cozy hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Modern and cozy with smell of clean and freshness throughout the hotel.
Spacious room which can accommodate extra bed.
Comfortable bed and have a good city view.
Hotel staff is very helpful and parking is free for hotel guests at 4th floor.
Shopping mall and restaurant just beneath the hotel.

Cons:

The food refill was very late and not much choice left during breakfast.

Room really comfortable, breakfast good, location very good, only problem is they disable my keycard and i have to go ba
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times many years ago. The bed and room is very comfortable.

Cons:

The reception staff a guy was not friendly. I informed him about my keycard being disabled when its not checkout time yet, all he said was ok with a i dont care kind of face.

Excellent.
Pros:

I liked everything. Parking was convenient. Shower was great; the water pressure and temperature. The room was big and the bed was really comfortable.
