The aircond, minibar, mineral water was perfect because 4 bottle as I mostly get 2 bottle. Room light was relax. I never had a loofah in a hotel before and this is the FIRST Excellent job. And my wife ask if only they give a 1 free face mask as well. Haha.
Room 505 Toilet smell. Maybe because of the toilet bow hole not well covered and smell come out from the small gape. Another is the aircond supply vent have a RED light once the room is in total dark. Why is there a red light there?

The hotel's facilities and eminities are still the same when we last visited in around 2007/8 when it just opened! And upgraded...so beautiful and luxurious... Congrats! And keep up

Facilities a bit “old”.
Staff is very friendly and very helpful. I needed a taxi to pick me up at the airport and they arrange everything on short notice and after hours. Great service.
The friendliness & helpful staffs, the location wise, the parking space is easy access, the cleanliness and room spacious, modern and well maintain of room. I’m regular customer whenever come to Bintulu. New World Suites always my 1st choice.
