Pros:

The convenience of the location

Cons:

The beds in the units need to be looked at they were that uncomfortable was like sleeping on a board.i have eneded up with a really sore back from them even went to extremes of putting the quilt on the top to try and make it abit comfortable.

Had an awesome time, the weather was nice and sunny
Pros:

The location was awesome, the view from the balcony was exceptional, easy walking distance to the main street and various restaurants. Access to public transport was excellent.

Cons:

Maybe the stairs to access the room with luggage, however overall wasn't too much of a drama and if we were ever to travel to Caloundra a must stay at Tripcony Quays.

I would never stay here again
Pros:

Convenient location. Nice view. Clean linen

Cons:

The soft furnishings were putrid. So many stains on the couches. Broken blinds. Rotten wood in windows frames. Large rust marks in bottom of shower recess.

Spacious and awesomely located unit.
Pros:

Great location, room had a view, spacious.

The unit was a little old, broken taps but working, beds were quite hard, needed a bigger couch.
