Pros:

Hotel é lindo. Ambiente agradável com arquitetura colonial. Local bem reservado e tranquilo. O atendimento dos funcionários é algo fora de série. São simpáticos e atenciosos. (Agradecimento especial a Paloma que nos atendeu super bem no restaurante e se atentou na questão da diabete da minha mãe). Ótimo para ir com família e também com amigos. Café da manhã é top.

Eu amei tudo, a recepção pessoas muito educada ,
Trata todo mundo da melhor forma ( seja rico pobre ) trata do mesmo jeito . Amei amei , quarto lindo limpo café da manhã perfeito .

A água achei muito caro ,
Uma garrafinha 6 reais achei um absurdo . Tem que melhorar isso air .

Não gostei por que me cobraram duas vezes as 03 diárias .
Paguei quando encerrei às dias e fui informado que não iria ser cobrado quando passei os dados do meu cartão na reserva ,ainda estão analisando p devolver.

O parque estava bem cheio, optamos pela piscina do hotel mesmo, que é muito boa

Lugar é grande é bonito,

Cons:

Achamos 2 baratas no quarto, a limpeza deixou a desejar, na opção do quarto era 1 cama grande + 1 de solteiro e chegando lá, basicamente eram 2 camas de solteiro juntas simulando uma grande.

Pros:

A localização do hotel, as instalações com o Parque Aquático, que é muito bom, possibilita que você tenha um dia de lazer sem sair do hotel.

Cons:

Não gostei do café da manhã. Pouquíssimas opções de frutas, algumas opções de comida fria e com reposições precárias. No segundo dia da hospedagem, faltou muitas coisas e a reposição demorou demais. Precisa melhorar a logística.
