Good, but some of the patrons were sketchy! Hanging out in parking lot very late.

Pros:

Everything was nice except the fact that they told me it was $20 a night for pets over the phone and then when I checked in he told me it was 30 and then when I got my bill, it was $35 a night. Will not be staying there again due to the dishonesty in price.

From check in the girl was friendly and told us about the property. Also my husband left his glasses at the hotel and they mailed us back his glasses. We are very thankful for that. Thank you soo much for a caring staff. We were room 112

Pros:

Literally our millionth time to stay here. Nancy pretty much the best front desk lady on earth, clean rooms, hot shower and a breakfast buffet that comes with waffles in the shape of Texas as the good Lord intended. Love you, Best Western.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had to leave.

Pros:

The older lady that ran breakfast was amazing. The ladies that handled housekeeping did a fantastic job.

Microwave broke, but they replaced it the next day.

It's not a bad option if I were staying alone, but I was with children, and I'd rather pay $20-30 more next time
Pros:

I liked that everything was quiet, the neighbors didn't bother me, that the area was non-smoking, the breakfast was not bad, but there were very few eggs, I took the last ones, although it was only 8:30 in the morning, there was a clean toilet and a towel.

Cons:

I didn't like that the bathtub had hair in it, and there was also a lot of trash behind the cabinet. We were with children and I had indicated in advance that we needed a crib when we checked in, but there wasn't one. I had to go get it and take it and drag it to the room myself. It turned out that it was broken. It didn't open because the locks were broken on both sides. The closet door was also broken, but that's not a big deal. There was no kettle to heat up water for tea, there was a coffee machine that barely worked... the pool wasn't exactly clean.

Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly, and overall, the hotel was quite good considering its location on a busy street.

Cons:

The breakfast time was from 6 AM to 10 AM, and I went down at 8 AM, but most of the food was already gone. I waited for about 30 minutes for them to replenish the food, but even though a staff member came out, checked the situation, and went back inside, they didn't refill anything. Despite there being only a few types of food available, almost everything was gone, and I ended up just scraping the bottom of the serving dishes. I left feeling very dissatisfied. Their stinginess with replenishing the food ruined the overall image of the hotel.
