Dirty room with terrible service, took £50 without permission
Cons:

1. all four pillows covers were smelly and dirty;
2. Two shower towels were dirty and worn out.
3. Bathroom left no toilet paper.
4. The hand wash and shower gel only left very little at the bottom of the bottle, the handwash was mixed with water.
5. The shower was blocked extremely bad which couldn’t be used.
6. The bedding sheet looks very dirty, we had to sleep on the top of the duvet cover.
7. The duvet and the pillows have big yellow stains which is disgusting.
8. The tap pipe was wobbly difficult to adjust the water temperature, it could be extremely hot causing burn due to the thin pipe.
9. Partial face basin is on the top of the toilet which is no space to use the toilet.
10. No lock inside the room, the code for the room is easily known by other strangers especially if someone stayed here in the past would know the code of the front door and the code of the room door.
11. The sink and the toilet are dirty.
12. The staff replied to my message was very rude,

You get what you pay for. Would not recommend.

Basic facilities shower, sink, hairdrier, mirror, table fine
Bed reasonable
Cheap price

Cons:

Booking in. No entry codes sent in advance for hotel or room. Had to ring doorbell for them and wait in rain.
Unable to answer basic question about check in times
Very noisy. Building work until 11pm on first night. Slamming doors and running person at 5am on check out day
Cleanliness. Room looked clean but dead, dried out cockroach on windowsill found on check out morning. Must have been there a while.

Passable but not the best.
Pros:

Location is very convenient

Cons:

Pillows were absolutely terrible. The blind let a lot of light into the room, meaning it was bright enough I could have read at 5am - not ideal. I got sent the wrong code to the room, and had to ask for the correct code to get in - although that was quick. No glasses for water overnight or tea/coffee facilities in the room - there may be somewhere in the hotel that these exist but no information (and not very helpful when you want a drink in the middle of the night).

Overall I will give 2.5 out of 5.
Pros:

It is located near Cambridge Station. Hence, it is an ideal location for the reach. The quality and the facilities in the room are fine. The bed is comfortable. Also, the bedsheet, blanket, and pillows were fine.

Cons:

I didn't like the sanitation of the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Also, the door of the bathroom cabinet was not working. My experience was not good with the stay for this reason. I should suggest improving this.

Good location near the station. Small A/C in the room (important for a sun-facing room)Overall reasonable value for money. Provide essential facilities for short stay and if you will be outside for a whole day.

Cons:

Floor and the room touch is a bit dusty. There are left-over chips in the drawer.
