La atención al cliente fue nefasta, necesitaba el el recibo pero se negaron a dármelo hasta el checkout y no respondian los mensajes. El precio es muy caro para el tipo de habitación y no ofreció ningún tipo de comodidades adicionales.

Una habitación super chiquita por el precio que piden.

Falta um frigobar e poderiam também colocar um microondas na cozinha para todos poderem usar durante a estadia , ficaria perfeito e ganharia nota 10 em tudo !!!!

Stained sheets, very small and cramped room. Didn’t feel safe with the locks

Heating in room could have been better, seemed a bit hit and miss. Shower head and water drainage could have been better.

The room was not clean, there was dust on the furniture and floor. The bedsheets were stained, so I did not sleep directly on the bed. The general maintenance of the room was lacking (paintwork, fixtures, window that did not close properly, half-filled soap and lotion bottles)
The only way of contacting the owner or a representative was either by pushing a button at the front door of the house hotel, or by knocking on the staff door in the kitchen.
I asked for laundry service, as it said on booking.com that they offer it, but the representative told me they do not offer laundry service. He said that he would send a person in five minutes to my room to guide me on where to go for laundry service. No one turned up after 10-15 minutes so I had to leave. The area in which this place is located, is lovely, but the cleanliness, upkeep, hospitality, and assistance of the place leaves much to be desired.

It is hard to get hold of someone for assistance. When I paid the breakage deposit fee, I was supposed to receive my room number and door code, as well as the door code to the front door, but I received no such information even after I emailed the hotel, submitted a request via their website and via booking.com respectively. When I got there, I had no information on my room and there was no one to help me initially. I flagged down a man who at first wasn't helpful, but after insistence and waiting I was able to speak to the owner and managed to get access to my room.

On one of the nights, there was a group of young boys in the room beneath mine who were making a terrible racket. Shouting, talking loudly, slamming doors etc. between 11pm and around 4am.

Quite old room, very noisy , can’t close windows properly

No tea/coffee/fridge in room, however, there was a communal kitchen area where you could make a tea/coffee.

The mattress was absolutely awful.
I tried sleeping on the floor with the duvet under me, but the duvet was really skimpy and useless.
The mattress absolutely needs replacing. There is a great big dip in one side and it ruined my stay.

Checked into room and the ceiling was leaking from 3 different places. Not dripping, full on water flowing onto the floor. Half the room was covered in water. Called the ‘emergency numbers’ and not a single one picked up. Do not stay here - you will genuinely regret it

There were no staff

Air conditioning on mobile device very very noisy, lives TV not working, shower only cold and lukwarm, i pay supplement for 25m2 room and I'got a 16m2 room, not microwave on the shared kitchen no fridge either

Had questions about the stay prior to arriving but had struggled to get through by phone. Replies on the online system were fairly quick but not very helpful. Did eventually manage to have questions answered.
Both shower towel and hand towel not clean.
Room felt dated and a bit shabby
Very little space in the toilet- almost no room to move between toilet and shower and the sink was outside in the main room.
Overall felt very expensive for the standard the room.
