I got the wrong code for the front door, but luckily I didn't arrive late at night – someone came out and gave me the correct one. I had to pay a €50 deposit to get the door code (and didn't get it back within a week) - there was no information about this when I booked the hotel. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty.
Close to the railway station.
We had difficulties checking in - there is no reception at the location, so we needed to call a remote reception via WhatsApp.

Kylpyhuone oli uusittu ja siisti. Ovikoodit toimivat ajallaan ja hyvin. Sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa lähtö-aamuna oli hyvä.
Lavuaarin ja suohkun viemärit vetivät tosi huonosti. Huone oli siisti, mutta ehkä hätäisesti siivottu, koska lattialle oli jäänyt ”pölykoiria”. Toinen yö-lukuvaloista ei palanut.
The bed was comfy, the pressence of and exit door, the general surroundings are nice. Many cool restaurants,bars and supermarkets.
We arrived and the rooms have been really dirty, the fans have been full of dust seem to never been cleaned before arrivals, dirt and and dust below the bed. Yerky.
The staff hasn’t even once cleaned our room during our 8 day stay.

Room was clean, and provided basic amenities and comfort.
There was no remote for the TV, so there was no way to actually operate the TV. I sent a message via WhatsApp about this, but received no response. I also tried calling the on-site contact number, but the mailbox was full, so I was unable to leave a voicemail. I mentioned this to one of the on-site staff who said he would pass the complaint along, but I never heard anything further. So, no TV for the whole time I was there, and completely unavailable/unresponsive staff.
Also, it was very hot in the room, and I tried to find a way to turn down the heating, but was unable to do so. I did not find any instructions or information in the room about adjusting the heat level.
Also, the overhead shower was almost completely clogged, producing only an ineffective sideways spray. I was able to shower using the handheld shower wand, but the overhead shower was unusable. Also the supposedly complimentary soap and shampoo containers were either empty or near-empty.
There was no drawer or other storage space for clothes, except for a few hangers. There were insufficient hangers, and one of the ones provided was broken and unusable.
Have stayed here a number of times, and it’s previously been good, but it’s on the slide currently.
TV remote had gone walkabout, so no TV. Couldn’t turn the radiator down or off, so had to have the window open all night. Shower gel and soap dispensers empty. Sink very slow to empty.

It’s proximity to the station
Everything else. Particularly the fact that nothing was clean. The carpet, the bedding, the towels, the floor. Simply grotesque. The towels were basically discolored, ripped and smelled of mold. The shower was not clean. Barely anyone knew how to use the provided code to enter, I constantly woke up to people just banging on the front door.
