Cons:

Stale cigarette smoke smell, old faded bed linen, mold or other black stuff in bathroom, thin walls you could hear conversations of other guests and doors opening and closing late at night. Unwelcome tiny lobby

Budget but reasonably comfortable
Pros:

Comfy bed, decent shower and helpful staff. Location close to JFK which was convenient on the first night of our trip.

Cons:

Room smelt strongly of stale smoke, but was otherwise clean. Lights from car park woke us up in the middle of the night - some sort of black out needed.
