The hotel ignored my request for an invoice, so I had to pay for the stay out of my own pocket instead of using company funds. This information should have been clearly provided before booking, not after the reservation was made.

Great value for money option.
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and they were trying with all their hearts to make the stay at Jeju very nice.
Especially the morning receptionist is amazing sorry I forgot her name, her English are perfect and her attitude the best in the world.
The room was ok nothing fancy it was clean and every day they kept this way.
Also the location is amazing.

Cons:

It felt a bit old as a hotel.
Also the rooms are a bit small if you have a larger size luggage.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel est extrêmement gentil et les interventions sont immédiates en cas de problème. Arrêt de bus en face de l'hôtel.

Cons:

J'ai été déçue du petit déjeuner au regard du prix. Le panier à pain était toujours vide, les plats étaient froids, pas de fruits ni de café à disposition il faut demander le café à une personne qui est souvent absente.
Le coffre est minuscule !

附近逛和吃的地方很多，可以再前往機場前最後採買，離機場開車也不遠，也有附設停車場

晚上要用車，工作人員告知車子無法開出來，所以如果有要用車，建議提早告知工作人員

A nice hotel to stay in Jeju for a solo female traveller
Pros:

Not far from the airport, easy access to the shops and bus station. Helen at the reception looked after me really well. She ordered me food, taught me Korean and told me about places to visit. The Hotel also had a clothes fridge where you can refresh your clothes. Really spacious. Heated toilet seat!

Cons:

The safe was a little confusing to use.
