Good service. you can access all the things via apps, start from ordering food or ask anything to front desk

Good. Could've been better, but there's no phone in the room. Have to use common phone at lift area for ordering food or making complaints which can be Very inconvenient.

overall sangat nyaman, not noisy, staf ramah, bersih, ukuran ruangan kecil namun standar hotel budget. kekurangannya hanya lokasi parkir yg sangat sempit.

We check in at 12:30a.m. on 24 June. Staff told us no supply of tooth brush, paste and slippers, we have to pay RP17.00 each person. There is no telephone inside the room. WiFi is fast. Room is clean and bed and pillows were comfortable.

공항에서 약간 먼 거리가 단점인것 같습니다...
그래도 편안함과 청결함을 중요하게 생각하시는 분에게는 추천해드리고 싶은 호텔입니다...

Wij zijn vriendelijk behandeld.
Het ontbijt was eenvoudig tot uitgebreid.
Men was heel hulpvaardig met het beantwoorden van onze vragen.

Cukup nyaman untuk menginap dalam rangka keperluan bisnis di tengah kota

Niet blij met de bediening en keukenpersooneel van het restaurant. Ze spreken geen Engels en begrijpen je helemaal niet. Uiteindelijk had een deel van onze groep wel hun eten en dat van het andere deel was de bestelling nog niet eens doorgekomen. Eenmaal in de keuken om na te vragen waar ons eten bleef (bediener snapte helemaal niet wat wij bedoelden met dat ons eten te laat is) was keukenpersoneel voor het gemakje aan het zitten en er bleek dat onze bestelling nog niet eens in de keuken was aangekomen. Wij zijn uiteindelijk vertrokken. INdonesiers moeten misschien even leren om bestellingen op te schrijven, dat doen ze namelijk nergens!!!

the hotel is very nice. rooms are clean and comfortable. staff are friendly and assisted with fast check-in. i would suggest the hotel to have a telephone in every room. it is inconvenient to go down to the reception for any assistance. breakfast is simple, best to go before 9am because they dont replenish the food. i will definitely come back to this hotel.

Location is easy to find. Nothing much in surrounding but has many eateries and small convenience store selling bottle water. Near major places of interest. WiFi is good and the safe in room useful. Room and toilet is very clean. Room service every day. Very good hotel for the kind of money paid.

it was nice to stay here.room was so clean.bedsheet was so soft and bed quality was perfect. not to mention the best shower. wifi in room was fast. parking lot and breakfast were good

I stay for 1 (ONE) Night only on January 01, 2015. I like the Restaurant. You may order and ask them to sent it to your room.
The Room Clean as it's a new building. No Telephone Unit inside the Room. Good hotel.

im a frequent traveller,so price really matters. this hotel gives me best price with so many good things i can get.safe environment,good location.nice parking.friendly staffs.clean room,comfortable bed.nice shower.
