The rooms are good but the food they should have a set menu to choose from .
Pros:

I did like the breakfast was always the same food and with spices I’m not a spice person

I book a room for two people, yet our room, though it was a double room only had one bath towl, and one sachet of coffee

Komfortables Hotel in Zentrumsnähe
Pros:

Sehr komfortables Hotel an einer der größeren Ausfallstraßen zentrumsnah. Trotzdem ruhig. Autos können sicher im Hof geparkt werden. Restaurant für Abendessen empfehlenswert. Frühstück vielseitig und lecker.

Cons:

Unbedingt Zimmer in der 1.Etage buchen! Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sind von Galerie einsehbar (mag vielleicht nicht jeder).

Apart from the broken door to the bathroom the room was ohk, the dinner had to be re-done
Pros:

First you need to update the location on the internet, if it's for the first time like me I nearly spent 2 hours looking for the location in a not so nice wheather raining cats and dogs

Cons:

With the bad wheather like that we had also a problem with network but we did call the receptionist and couldn't hear us well at least she send the location for us to reach there

no booking.com menciona que a suite tem maquina de lavar mas não existe maquina de lavar nenhuma. questionei o hotel e informaram que o booking.com está a prestar falsas informações na descrição dos quartos

Pros:

Super friendly staff. The venue is located at a central place. Spacious rooms, very clean & great value for money

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that my room didn't have a kitchen sink. Taking water from tbe bathroom to fill the kettle is not hygienic

the hospitality was goods staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable to say in.

The time it took to get the food when ordering room service. i.e. I ordered room service on the second night there and it took them almost an hour to deliver the food to my room.
