the hospitality was goods staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable to say in.

Me alojé solamente unas horas, durante una conexión entre dos vuelos. La habitación y el baño eran cómodos y estaban muy limpios, por lo que resultaron adecuados para descansar durante unas horas antes de continuar el viaje.

Cons:

El hotel está más alejado del aeropuerto de lo que esperaba al momento de contratarlo, algo a tener en cuenta si se busca un alojamiento para una conexión corta. Llegué alrededor de las 23:00 y en ese momento solo había una persona de seguridad para realizar el check-in. A la mañana siguiente, para hacer el check-out y pagar, seguía estando la misma persona y tuve que indicarle cómo realizar el procedimiento de pago.

Gostamos muito do jantar e de estar perto do centro.

Os funcionarios da recepção foram arrogantes à chegada. Foram remitentes a qualquer pedido nosso. Deixou-nos desapontados pelo trato e pela qualidade das instalações o que não aconteceu em nenhum outro alojamento no Botswana.
