Great and warm welcoming.
Pros:

Staff were very warm welcoming. Due to emergency back at home, I had to cut shot of my stay, which was done without any penalties.

Cons:

There is a need to jack up restaurant service plus their breakfast meals.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable

The staff was friendly

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, limited choice. The wait for boiled eggs was ridiculously long

There were too many flies around and the food was not covered and one fell into the yoghurt bowl

Really enjoyed the stay hotel lovely and clean and lovely staff

I was disappointed with the dirty environment

Cons:

The property is not well kept, It is generally not clean. There is a sewer smell from the outside and can also be smelled in the room bathroom. The room was not cleaned properly during our stay. We had to request for it to be cleaned again. It has dust all over, from the phone, lamps, and corners. The balcony is also dirty and not cleaned at all

The dining room place mats are also very dirty, with food stains.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable . The property was easy to locate.

Cons:

Power outage, no room service call responses from the reception when needed assistance, my calls were ignored or hung up.
Breakfast was just ordinary and they served stale sponge cake.
