Generally it is a good place but could also in future have a vehicle to pick your guests to and from

It was ok though my scrambled eggs were not properly done and this your people need to work on it
Maybe also the noise of your workers especially on the ground floor. As they were coming for work , they would be talking loudly and thereby disturbing some of us whose rooms where on the ground. Next time they need to.observe tolerable silence. The internet could also be made nuch stronger than in its current form. It was on and off at least in my room

Cons:

I am just wondering if the cleaners were doing their work properly . Deliberately i had dropped some strings from the bag which I kept on finding meaning they were not cleaning my floor. I just ignored it and they need to clean thoroughly going forward

Shocking for a 4 star place and disgraceful breakfast wifi issues caused troubles for work.
Cons:

Wifi was on and off constantly, Could not have meeting due to this. Breakfast was a joke second time staying here and the breakfast was Yogurt cereal or eggs . One morning I got told the chef still needs to go to the shops as there were not a lot of guests staying at the hotel. Cupboard doors broken in the bathroom warm water takes ages to heat up . Asking for extra water of coffee I was asked to pay P16.00 Very noisy in the evening and when it got cold the heater would not work the first 2 nights . Chipped dinner set in the cupboard by the kettle.. NOT WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY OR A 4 STAR RATED PLACE!!!

Was good with every thing
Pros:

I like the staff the bar tender was super good and the reception when room electric not work she put me a ground room lovely room

Cons:

The towels stick smoke in it and i am not smoking.You can look into that

Great stay in Gabarone
Pros:

The personal attention from the staff. Our requests were handled professionally and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower had great pressure - best showers ever. The breakfast was excellent with more food than I could eat - bacon, eggs, liver, cocktail sausages, fruit, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee/cappuccino. What a treat.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. We loved our stay. Wish we could've stayed longer.
