Enjoyable, friendly staff and perfect for the intent of my stay
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with choices for all.

Cons:

Desk in my room to work on. Shower did not drain water quick enough. Not enough coffee and brown sugar in the room.

La ubicación

Cons:

El hotel lo ofrecen cómo 4 estrellas y en realidad tiene 3 estrellas. Muy lento el servicio de restaurante. En la noche del domingo fue imposible cenar pues el restaurante estaba cerrado. En el gym no funcionan los equipos

Good find
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is standard but comfortable. Lovely garden area.

Cons:

Very noisy guests on the floor unfortunately. The bathroom could do with a bit of tlc

The stuff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The kitchen utensils were dusty including kitchen tops, its been a while since its been cleaned, you could see dust all over. Wifi connection was terrible, Some of the lights were flickering and switching off on its own. Not expected for a 4 star hotel
