Important information:

A hot spring bath is open between 15:00-10:00 (next day).

Sauna is open between 16:00-22:00.

To use the hotel's free shuttle (offered between 14:00 - 18:00), call upon arrival at Fujikyuko Kawaguchiko Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that this hotel is located at the top of a steep hill.

Dinner is available at an additional cost and and must be reserved at least 1 day in advance.

Pros:

Прекрасный вид из окна, очень красивый интерьер! Прекрасный персонал, великолепный ужин.
Очень практически всегда был свободен. Никого не было. Это чудесно. Хорошая изоляция!
Удобен трансфер .
Здорово, что есть велосипеды, но обращайте внимание на сиденье велосипеда. Есть не очень удобные, а объехать все озеро - чудесное занятие!!!!! 👍

Cons:

Отель расположен на возвышенности, поэтому учитывайте это.
Я бы поменяла матрасы, они не очень удобные. А в остальном , все хорошо!

The facilities are outdated. It needs some love. The entrance and bar area way too crowded with furniture.
The breakfast was nice but the coffee options very poorly.
