此次富士山之旅選擇從東京市區包車出發，途經數個景點後，於傍晚時分抵達飯店。車子一停，飯店人員便立即上前確認訂房，同時其他服務人員迅速將行李搬至大廳，待我們下車後便可直接辦理 check-in，服務流程相當順暢、貼心。
晚餐後返回飯店，使用了屋頂的露天私人湯屋。環境整潔、氛圍絕佳，飯店更貼心地為我們準備了飲料。強烈建議 check-in 時即向櫃檯預約，時段名額有限千萬別錯過！
房間陽台正對富士山，視野遼闊。加上當天運氣極佳、晴空萬里，能見度極高，甚至幸運地欣賞到了日出，美不勝收。（附上從房間拍出的富士山，約清晨六點初。）
隔天早晨向飯店借了電動腳踏車，在附近悠閒騎乘。下坡路段坡度較陡，騎乘時需特別注意安全（有可能有汽車會跟你會車）；但回程完全不成問題，電動腳踏車馬力十足，不到一分鐘便輕鬆返抵飯店，相當有趣！

We were completely blown away by the gorgeous, unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji. What truly stood out to us was the meticulous attention to detail regarding the cleanliness. It’s obvious the hotel goes the extra mile to keep the windows absolutely pristine. Because there wasn't a single stain or smudge on the glass, we were able to capture stunning, crystal-clear photos right from the comfort of our room.
A big thank you to the staff who found my cap in the restaurant and returned it to my room—it was very much appreciated.
Cleanliness: I was very disappointed to find the toothbrush packaging already opened with no toothpaste inside. This immediately raised a red flag for me regarding whether the bathroom was actually cleaned before check-in.
Restaurant Service: The Shabu Shabu dinner was tasty, but the service was not attentive. The soup ran low and was almost dry before we managed to get someone's attention to refill it. Staff should be more proactive in monitoring the tables.
Rooftop Ambiance: The rooftop has great potential. I would suggest dimming or turning off some of the lights to allow guests to enjoy the star view better.

El hotel tiene instalaciones excepcionales. La decoración increíble y las habitaciones tienen una vista bellísima del lago y el mt fuji.
El desayuno estuvo muy rico y el personal del restaurante fue muy amable.
Llamamos para que nos recogiera de la estación, esperamos media hora y no llego nadie nunca, terminamos tomamos un taxi al hotel. No se si hubo un malentendido pero fue decepcionante para nosotros ya que habiamos viajado por horas. La atención del personal del mostrador fue seca, a pesar de ser fluidos en ingles.
El bar de la terraza estaba cerrado al público, entiendo estan en mantenimiento.
