Absolutamente todo, es el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado en Japón. Fue el cierre perfecto para nuestro viaje de 1 mes.
Se portaron muy bien con nosotros, nos llevaron desde la estación al hotel en el shuttle bus y luego en la salida nos llevaron al siguiente hotel.
La cena shabu shabu fue exquisita, el onsen es un sueño, las mejores vistas del Fuji, helados gratis y unos lugares para contemplar el lago y el Fuji inigualables. Además pudimos usar las bicis eléctricas al otro día incluso después del check in. Gracias Mizno por la maravillosa experiencia

From the moment you walk in, the hotel feels completely vintage and elegant, with a very charming and carefully designed atmosphere.
The hotel pampers you like a spa by providing comfortable lounge wear so you can relax during your stay. The private onsen has an incredible view of Mount Fuji, as well as the public one, and the same breathtaking view can be enjoyed from the room, making the experience even more memorable.
They also offer electric bikes to explore the area and a free shuttle to and from the station, which makes everything very convenient. These thoughtful details really make your stay feel unique and special.

可以從窗戶陽台直接看到富士山，因地理位置較高所以欣賞富士山的視野更好

抵達飯店前要走一段陡峭的山路，晚上行走時蠻暗的
超級貼心的服務，一下車就會有人員幫忙提行李，然後車站到飯店接駁真的超級方便，之前車站附近會有人員幫忙打電話，後來就是投幣式撥打飯店對話10分鐘內飯店人員就會前往接送，早上也可以達成飯店接駁到車站，真的非常貼心，還有電動腳踏車可以租借，富士山不會辜負早起的人兒，房間內也可以看到美麗的富士山（雖然有被遮到一點點）但這個飯店性價比實在是太好了☺️
