An exceptional stay with breathtaking views
Pros:

Stunning views, a great room, and attentive, friendly staff. Exceptional breakfast with a pristine view of Mt. Fuji. There is a bit of an incline to get up to the hotel but we used the free shuttle service so fortunately did not have to walk it.

Pros:

The view is stunning, with Mount Fuji reflected on the lake. The hotel is modern and western-style with elegant and luxurious decor. It is certainly a beautiful property and would be very appealing to guests who enjoy Western aesthetic.

Cons:

Food and decor were amazing. Just it wasn’t quite my personal style but it was a nice try.

The view looking out to MT Fuju was spectacular! The hotel also allows free electric bike rentals, which allows you to get into and out of town far easier and quicker than other hotels in the area.

Pros:

Amazing Fuji mountain view from hotel accommodation and common areas. The hotel has an onsen available for.guests, super clean and nice structure, you can appreciate Fujisan view inside onsen.
We stayed in japanese style room, very nice experience, sleeping in futon. You can dress the kimono available in the hotel.
Japanese dinner from restaurant is another experience. Really worthwhile every moment in this hotel ! With nice staff, very attentive and supportive!

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

The location is fantastic with ita views. Room size and balcony is perfect. Lots of beautiful spots to sit inside the hotel from 1st floor to the roof. Onset is very good and the option of a private bath on the terrace is brilliant.
