Good accomodation, clean, and tidy
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when accommodating our early check-in. The waiting area was cozy and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the swimming pool. The hotel had a warm and relaxing atmosphere, making it a great choice for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pelayanannya baik. staf nya ramah. ketika kami datang di pagi hari, pada awalnya kami belum diperkenankan masuk ke kamar, dikarenakan jadwal check in jam 2 siang. Namun pada akhirnya kami diperbolehkan masuk ke kamar tanpa kami minta sekitar jam 10 pagi, dikarenakan kamar untuk kami sudah tersedia. sehingga kami sangat apresiasi atas kebaikan dan kebijakannya. kami dilayani oleh 2 orang yaitu laki laki dan perempuan yang ramah. salah satu staffnya kalau tidak salah kami dengar dari komunikasi namanya mas agung/mas agus..mudah mudahan kami ga salah dengar. sukses selalu untuk best western
Air panas untuk mandi di kamar mandi saya rasakan kurang panas (maksimal hangat). mungkin ke depannya bisa disediakan air panas untuk mandi yang lebih aga panas.

Complete waste of money. Broken/Dirty. It have some sort of Virus. My whole family got a flu throughout the duration of our stay. 22 floors and only one elevator.

short stay before going to Bandung because this hotel near from Whoosh Station. Hospitality from front desk Tasya was so amazing. Absolutely will be comeback to Best Western Premier The Hive for next vacation!
