Pros:

The staff was amazing, Upon arrival they changed my room because the room had a strange smell and the floor did not look clean.

Cons:

The room I was moved to had a funny smell as well. The water was not hot and the bed uncomfortable. Since I was staying one night and I travelled over 18 hours, I stayed.
You receive a voucher for a 15 minute free massage, but when you go to collect, you have to buy a massage and then you get an additional 15 minutes free. This is deceptive and a poor marketing tool in my opinion.
Overall, the building is a bit runned down.

Pros:

Hotel je blízko (pěšky) k stanici Halim - whoosh. Snídaně formou švédského stolu s dostatečným výběrem. Hezky, velký bazén. Hotel má 22 pater, bydleli jsme ve 21., takže s hezkým výhledem a bez hluku ulice.

Overrall hotel and facilities are good and definitely will be back when I visit Indonesia.
Pros:

The staff are exceptional, good services and good location. Agung and the team really appreciate the feedback and I’m sure the hotel will be one of the best hotel in Jakarta timur in no time.

Cons:

The same food every morning could be improved and the restaurant could use AC during breakfast time.

Dicht bij Halim airport

Cons:

In de kamer deed niets het. Stinkend beddengoed, douche stroomde over de kamer in. Lichten een voor een uit doen, telefoon werkte niet. Ik had iets besteld bij roomservice, nooit gehad. Kamer aan een drukke weg vreselijke herrie. Zeer slecht bed.

I arrived late @ 2 am and check out next day around 10 to catch my whoosh
It located 10 min away from halim’s station
Everything was good
The staff was nice. He even offered me a special drinks out of breakfast varieties,I forgot to note his name. The drinks were delicious. I enjoyed my short stay in here

Great hospitality by the team! Accessible to 24hrs convenient store and yummy local stalls in the area. Their "Nasi Goreng Gila" is a must! The best out of 3 hotels we stayed recently. Bravo and thank you for the wonderful stay! 👍🙏❤️

Connecting mall is pretty dead but no worries, that mall was not in our agenda.
