A equipe é excelente. Muito atenciosos e solícitos. Inclusive, quando tivemos problemas no ar condicionado, providenciaram dois ventiladores para ajudar com o calor enquanto o técnico não poderia comparecer (era um domingo).
O ar condicionado não deu conta do calor de Roma nesse verão. A potência da máquina é pequena para o tamanho do quarto, mas acredito que essa seja uma questão muito comum em Roma.

Location is amazing
Room too small
The Trevi Palace Hotel has a wonderful location,within a short walk to the majority of the iconic sites. Upon arrival, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful & friendly - she is a real credit to the hotel & couldn't do enough to help & assist me, even accompanying me to my room to help with my luggage.
The room itself is large compared to most found in rome, incredibly clean & spacious with a stocked minibar & modern bathroom with large shower.
The bed was very comfortable & the air-conditioning was a God send in the Rome heat.
I would highly recommend this property for a short stay in Rome.
Everything was fantastic, the only thing I would recommend is the option of a duvet for the bed.
Location is great. Very central to most popular areas (colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc). Staff was very nice and willing to help with everything.
Main room was great. The additional room with 3 beds was a little tight. Overall worked well for our needs. One night stay and was clean and comfy
