Point d'arriver sur l'île de la Réunion pour nous et une première. Excellent 1er contact malgré le fait que nous étions le WE de Pâques et qu"'il y devait bcp de monde.Personnel très agréable et attentionné.

Le parking parfois juste en emplacement

La chambre n'était pas très propre. Aussi, il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre et dans le lit à notre arrivée. À noter que le parking était aussi petit. Toutefois, le personnel était agréable et accueillant.

Nous avons passé un trés bon week end .
Le personnel à l'accueil trés souriante agréable.
Les femmes de chambres aimable souriante.
La chambre trés propre , climatisée .
Les coktails etait trés bons.
Soirée karaoké o top.
Notre séjour était parfait pour une prémiere avec les enfants.

Cons:

Dur de trouver une place pour ce garer. 🙃

Le concert.
Hôtel bien pour les enfants.
Personnels agréable

Cons:

Le fait d’avoir prit un temps d’envoyer un mail pour prévenir d’être en situation d’handicap et ce retrouver avec une chambre où il fallait descendre et monter des escaliers…

très bon emplacement
grande piscine
personnel agréable
chambre sommaire mais conforme à un hôtel 2 étoiles et propre

Cons:

manque de place de parking au vu de la taille de l établissement
peu de zone ombragée autour de la piscine et manque de transat
très bruyant le weekend avec les activités autour (enfants, jeux gonflables)

La chambre très spacieuse.

Cons:

Les escaliers sont vieux voir dangereux avec la rouille. Le parking est souvent plein et pas de places pour son véhicule à garer.
