Friendly staff, easy parking, nice room

The room was clean but very small with no air conditioning. The parking was limited so had to park at a nearby business. Location was very close to the ferry terminal which was convenient. Check-in staff was very helpful. Even helped carry our luggage . No elevator

Only came for one night so affordable and clean. Close to ferry and able to walk to restaurants.

Room was clean with a great view, staff was wonderful and went over and above, pet friendly with walking trails nearby, nice updated hotel.

Standard level of cleanliness for a hotel like this. I might suggest checking and cleaning the bathroom ceiling and pipes of the bathroom as there was a strong odour in the room unless you shut the bathroom door and kept the fan going after a shower and stains and hairs on the ceiling. The bathroom renovations look fantastic otherwise.

The rooms were not super soundproof as you could hear everyone running down the hallway and the cars outside as they were single pane windows.

The internet was fantastic, bed was clean and comfy for the need. The parking was reasonable, but might want to remove the seacan to a less intrusive place but I understand renos are still occuring.

Also the batteries in the smoke alarm need to be replaced as it blinked red.

I had requested an accessible room, which was provided. However the parking was at the bottom of a steep driveway, not accessible. The staff assisted me and tried to reserve the closest parking space, but was not successful. I parked across the highway on the road. There was no lighting near the bed. The best lighting was over a fridge. They brought me a folding chair to use. Unsuccessful. The tv went off 3 times, likely turned off by a neighbouring room’s remote. There was no hot water in the shower after 5 mins. When I mentioned it, they checked and it was hot the next day.
The staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was poorly designed ( lighting, no armchair) Bathroom was updated but had unfinished look with unused space. Not boutique quality!

Very nice experience, the receptionist was exceptional. Towels were luxurious. Room was comfortable. The self parking was a little dicey, but safe. They are in the middle of a remodel, so I expect it to be even better if we ever come back again.

The room was great but the photos of the view are very misleading and the view was a very large part of the reason I got this room. Very disappointed in the view.

Staff was nice but the actual hotel was not well constructed I could hear every step someone took and the actual construction of the rooms seems as though it was rushed.

Great area to stay in the downtown and right there at the boat terminal. Had the best room with a view of the water and sunset.
Service was great. Stairs not so great lugging up suitcases. Only downfall.

Amazing view of the ocean! Near the ferry terminal and near many restaurants. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out process. The suite inside was modern and very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful welcome. Convenient location. Quiet and clean. We were able to walk through the town and find what we wanted.

Excellent! Property was very clean. Our room was amazing! Clean, kitchenette, and an amazing view overlooking the water and ferry. We loved having our morning coffee and watching all the boats/people. We travelled with friends who also had their own room, and were equally impressed. It was so nice we both extended our stay an extra night. Right next to the strip of stores. Great location.
As meticulous as the property was, it’s the staff that really push this place into a 5* rating. From the front desk, ti the cleaners etc. the staff was so friendly and gracious. They actually made you feel like they truly appreciated your business. We recommend and hope to stay here again next year when we visit.

My room had an amazing view and location wise youre right by the Ferry Terminal. It wasn't too busy this time of year and a perfect stay.

Location of hotel is walkable and you can reach many restaurants, seawall, ferry terminal and shopping spots within walking distance.
