Personnel très agréable et accueillant établissant très propre

Schon zum zweiten Mal.

Super Lage, hübsche Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Für mich war die Matratze viel zu hart.

Hotel liegt sehr nah am Strand von Cala Millor, direkt an der Promenade. Sehr sauber.

Hotel in sehr guter Lage zu Strand und Restaurants/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einrichtung bequem und sauber und guter Stauraum. Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Besonders Wasserspender sind hervorheben. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. 3 kleine Kritikpunkte - der Mitarbeiter vom Check in (Nacht Check in) war nicht sehr professionell und wen man Getränke an der Bar bestelle wurde man nie am Tisch gefragt ob man noch weiteres Getränk möchte, sondern musste immer wieder an die Bar gehen, obwohl teilweise gar nichts los war und der Bar Service keine arbeit hatte. Abgeräumt wurden aber die Getränke am Tisch. Auch wollten uns Freunde auf ein Getränk besuchen - man muss ja sowieso alles einzeln bezahlen da kein All Inclusive und der Nacht Rezeptionist hat keine Gäste reingelassen, das fanden wir als sehr störend.
Hotel aber ansonsten uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Alles in einem Sehr gutes Hotel, einzigster Mangel war das Bett, war leider sehr Hart.

Einzigartig war der Wasserspender auf dem Flur. Und das der safe kostenfrei war.
Ansonsten hat sich der Poolblick bei dem ich auch das Meer sehen konnte gelohnt.
War auch ruhiger

Fint og rent rom med flott utsikt fra balkongen. God frokost. Vond lukt på badet om natten og altfor høy musikk i resepsjonen når det var livemusikk. Umulig å snakke med resepsjonisten. Bra beliggenhet, men litt vanskelig å finne parkeringsplass.

Hôtel très propre, très calme et très agréable. Idéalement situé. Je recommande vivement !

We were suprised and very happy with the whole experience, and would definitly return.

Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself!
Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind.
Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for.
Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day.
My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that)
Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant.
Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor.
