I deserve a refund
Pros:

Quiet with some good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Visitors are supposed to receive a Baselcard giving free transport and museum discounts. I did not receive one despite emailing the property and so had to spend more than expected. I think I should be given a refund.

Il check non conoscendo le lingue è stato difficile prendere la chiave abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo un ragazzo della struttura che è venuto in nostro aiuto grazie a lui ci siamo riusciti

Das kingsize bed waren zwei schmale Matratzen mit grossem Spalt in der Mitte.
Ein Lattenrost gibt es nicht.
