Very noisy, hot and not good value for the

Only the location was ok and self checkin process.

Cons:

It was very hot, no air conditioner in the room, no even ventilation in the stairs, no elevator, too noisy, the bathroom is literally in the room. Not comfort stay at all. Hair dryer is not working.

Cons:

At night was uncomfortable, very hot due to heatwave, electric fan was not enough. It would be better if they had Air conditioner.

Cons:

Insoportable calor en la habitación, y había sólo un pequeño ventilador que no lograba aliviar la situación.
Abrir la ventana, no sólo no bajaba la alta temperatura interior sino que incrementaba el ruido proveniente de la calle
En el checkin, self-service, la impresora quedó sin tinta, por tanto no imprimió el número de habitación.
No había ascensor habilitado, por tanto, subí 2 valijas de 23 Kg y 2 de 12 Kg por escalera. No percibí que el anuncio indicaba que no había ascensor, con lo cual hay que estar ATENTO A ESOS DETALLES.

La ubicación no era mala, unos 10-15 minutos del centro. La habitación un poco pequeña, pero muy limpia

Creo que el check-in debería ser más flexible si la habitación está disponible,llegué pronto a Basilea, pero tuve que volver a las 15.00 para hace el check-in

Muy cómodo el self check in! Edificio bastante nuevo!

Cons:

Algo negativo del self check in, es que cualquier persona puede entrar a ese hall. De hecho es algo que quisiéramos remarcar: mientras nos íbamos y hacíamos el check out y ordenábamos nuestras valijas, un señor de la calle (que simulaba ser un huésped / turista) se metió donde estábamos nosotras , mirando en detalle nuestro equipaje, el interior de todos los lockers, luego simuló hacer el check inn (pero no introdujo ningún dato en la computadora) y acabó lógicamente abandonándose el esdifico. Pero fue un momento muy incómodo, porque se acercó mucho a nosotras e hizo muchas preguntas .
No hay aire acondicionado, hoy en día en el año 2026 ya esto casi no existe, más aún con las olas de calor actuales en europa.
No tiene cocina , ni un sector donde uno puedo dejar sus cosas refrigeradas. Muy incómodo eso para cualquier turista!

Pros:

El hotel estaba bien para dormir, en una calle poco ruidosa. Fuimos en verano, yo tiene aire pero había un ventilador. Y el baño era justo pero correcto.

Cons:

Eché de menos un hervidor de agua en la habitación. Llegamos una hora antes del check-in. No tienen personal en la entrada, hacías el check-in a través de un ordenador y te permitía entrar antes si pagabas 10 CH adicionales... La verdad, me pareció de mal gusto.

Great budget hotel in a convenient location with easy access to public transport. The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well, and the free luggage lockers were a really useful bonus. Good value for a short stay in Basel.

Cons:

The main downside was the lack of air conditioning. During warmer days, the room became quite hot, which made it less comfortable, especially at night.

Pros:

The self check in was really easy, there were free lockers to store your bags if you arrive early which we found really helpful. The room was nice and clean and the location was good close to public transport. Also, it was really nice that the public transport was free because we were in this apartment.

Cons:

There wasn't much storage space to put your clothes.

It was so warm. The room was like an oven. I wouldn't stay here in the summer. Only one fan in the room. No staff on site.
