From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The Penang City Council has imposed a heritage tax of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check in. This is not included in the room rates.

Location close to everything I wanted to see and do
The turn to the hotel was a bit confusing

Lovely hotel, great room, fantastic breakfast, pool was amazing, perfect location.
There is no drink service by the pool until 5 o’clock in the afternoon. (Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.)
Zimmer und Hotel waren ok
Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstück ok (Kaffeemaschine bzw. Kaffee zu bekommen, dauert ewig/falls möglich) Pool und Aussicht ok, aber Musik „vor allem Abends - Live Musik“ viel zu laut / Konzert Style.

The hotel is nice and the staff is great. They attend to my requests really quickly. They come in pairs as well to assist and ensure safety is prioritized.
There are not enough hooks or hanger in the toilet. Makes hanging 2 person's towel and clothes difficult. Also, the drainage and sink flows very slowly. There isn't a business center here for hotel guest. There is this Workzspace but the staff at the front desk is not able to advise me how to use it. They ask me to call the number on the door but nobody picks up. But they did provide alternative like where in the hotel I could go to quietly take a business call conference.
We had a great 3 nights here the hotel was very clean and our room was huge with a lovely bathroom and great views. The breakfast choice was excellent. The rooftop pool was stunning and we enjoyed drinks at the pool bar in the evening. The bartender Jordy was so friendly and professional. Our only regret was the distance to the heritage part of George Town meant a taxi each time we would have preferred to be nearer

Very nice hotel team during our stay. Starts with nice breakfast hospitality and ends with a great evening at the roof top. Great team. Jordy thank you all.

Conveniently located to Mall and Pickle By The Sea venue. Room is spacious and well maintained. Morning breakfast variety are good, for longer stay to avoid food fatigue. I like the ambiance, lounge like atmosphere.

Great accommodations, tasteful breakfast, 24hrs Gym (got steam room), have pool. I felt regret didn't try the pool
