Wonderful facilities, and fabulous staff make for a great stay.
Pros:

Second time at this hotel.
Great location, the rooms are large and really well equipped.
Great staff that made our stay exceptional
The rooftop pool is wonderful.
Great hotel for relaxation.

Cons:

Sometimes the music on the rooftop was a little loud! But staff did turn the volume down when asked.

Excellent hotel for a fortnight stay. All the staff are friendly from the helpful security on the door who open the door

It’s a well maintained modern hotel with cool lobby area, well proportioned bedroom and an excellent rooftop pool and bar with great views over the city especially at night and also surrounding countryside.

Excellent location, nice rooms, great staff, still needs attention to some details
Pros:

Nice modern furnishing and great location, not on Gurney Drive as that is often very noisy with traffic but still close to many food & shopping options.

Cons:

The pool area was dirty with cigarette ash all over the floor where guests use the floor as an ashtray. Can only assume it was from the previous night when the roof top pool bar is open.
The pool beds were infested with insects which you can feel constantly bite.so made relaxing rather unpleasant.
The breakfast although offers plenty of ‘local’ choices it’s a buffet and the hot food was luke warm at best, one particular staff member at the egg station was miserable and it was a chore to get them to cook eggs how I like them!!!

Very quiet and private yet it is close to so many amenities, best part is the buggy shuttle service between the two G hotels and Gurney Plaza, made the commuting much more convenient.

Cons:

Waking up In the morning to the sound of a symphony of your neighbour closing their doors. Also the toilet door is not 100% sealed as there are quite a bit of light coming through in the night when I left the toilet light on (as I was traveling with an elderly) but with the door closed.

Amazing service from the front desk, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a godsend while travelli
Pros:

The hotel is located between 2 large malls, Gurney plaza and Gurney Paragon. Made our stay with our 5 month old baby very convenient, being able to pop out and then back to the hotel room in a few minutes. Room was spacious, air con was strong, everything new and clean. Great service and attentiveness from the staff. We look forward to staying here again
