Excelente para descansar y relajarse
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para quienes buscan desconexión y con la playa justo en frente. Las vistas de la habitación fantásticas. Todo muy limpio, personal muy agradable y comida buena.

Cons:

Todo muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que todavía no era plena temporada, pero indicar que estando a tope solamente había 2 ascensores, que puede ser un poco justo para dar servicio en plena ocupación.

Vor allem die Mitarbeiter. Von der ersten Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung beim Checkout wurde uns eine fantastische Freundlichkeit zuteil.

Das Buffet, sowohl bei Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen, war umwerfend. Wer hier meckert, dass es nicht genügend Auswahl gibt, muss einen persönlichen Koch zuhause haben. Das ein oder andere mag sich wiederholen, was auch verständlich sein sollte. Aber es gab Dornhai, Räucherlachs, live gegrillten Thunfisch und Schweinefilet usw. Morgens Omelett, Rühreier, Spiegeleier, gekochte Eier um nur bei den Eiern zu bleiben. Das Buffet dürfte um die 20 Meter lang sein und voll mit allem. Wirklich toll.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, was aber sehr gut saniert und modernisiert wurde. Etwas hellhörig sind die Zimmer, aber das war ok, da die Gäste im großen und ganzen eher ruhig waren.

Die Zimmer sind groß genug und haben alles was man braucht.
Das WLAN war auch zufrieden stellend. Wir konnten problemlos darüber Netflix streamen.

Wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, werde wir bedenkenlos erneut hier buchen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht so toll. Und die Kopfkissen sind wirklich unbequem. Aber das sind subjektive Empfindungen.

Cons:

Barpersonal hat sich über mich vor mir beschwert ohne zu wissen, dass ich Spanisch fließend rede, hätte nicht sein müssen. Ich habe ihnen auf Spanisch geantwortet, danach waren sie freundlich.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr leckerem umd reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet

kostenloser Wasserdispenser für Nachhaltigkeit

Cons:

Zimmer wurde 1x nicht gemacht und frische Handtücher fehlten.
Pool war meiste Zeit nicht nutzbar.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Superklasse Ausblick vom Balkon.
Pros:

Alles war echt hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Raucher auf den Nachbarbalkonen, deren „Abgase“ in unser Zimmer zogen (und das Spätabends und Frühmorgens). Aber dafür kann eigentlich das Hotel nichts.

Pros:

A simpatia dos funcionários e o cuidado que tinham com os hóspedes. Prepararam-me uma surpresa de aniversário no quarto, foi muito querido da parte deles.

Cons:

A pressão do chuveiro estava desajustada e magoava um pouco a tomar banho. Das duas vezes que expus a situação, enviaram logo um técnico muito atencioso para resolver. O problema é que passado pouco tempo voltava a ficar desconfortável. De resto, tudo impecável.

Toller Meerblick, sehr gutes Essen, ruhiger Ort.
Pros:

Herrlicher Ausblick über den ruhigen Balkon (Glas). Leider nicht grundsätzlich rauchfrei. Wir hatten aber Glück mit den Nachbarn. Auch ist im April noch weniger los. Direkt am Strand mit Strandbar. Frühstück und Abendessen mit sehr guter Qualität. Der Ort ist ruhig, einige Hotels im Bau, einige Restaurants, kleine Einkaufspassage hinter dem Hotel. Freundlichkeit, Essen, Ruhe und gute Luft. Erholsam. Die Tropfsteinhöhle von Arta ist (auch) zu Fuß erreichbar, Eintritt 17,- sollte man gesehen haben.

Cons:

Es kann anscheinend auch am Pool, Bar und Balkon geraucht werden. Zimmer war rauchfrei. Wir waren nur 3 Tage im April und konnten gut ausweichen. Das kann im Sommer die gute Luft für Nichtraucher sehr verschlechtern, oder den Pool und die Bar zur No-Go-Area machen. Viele Bars und Restaurants (auch Außenbereiche) sparen sich die Aschenbecherreinigung. Das ist gut da sie auch mal als Nichtraucher einen Platz im Biergarten finden.
