Un mal être content de voyeurisme et surtout prise de tête endroit sympa à éviter pour moi car je rentre en procédure sur le groupe pour non respect au dédommagement sur mail client.
The hotel is in a quieter area of the island which we were very happy with. It had one beach that locals nearby would visit or would service 2 hotels so it was quieter than the main beaches in places like Cala Millor. It was very clean, and the breakfast had a lot of choice. We were given a welcome drink on arrival and a clear description of the hotel and its facilities. The pool is a great temperature with floats and lilos available to use and the beach has 2 bars on the front where you can get great food. For a more vibrant area, Cala Ratjada is just 10-15 minutes drive away - another scenic beauty spot with plenty of restaraunt choices and bars.
I was surprised the sun loungers at the pool were chargeable being as they belonged to the hotel. You can be reserve specific ones for the day but they're numbered on a laminated sheet at reception at not at the actual pool.

La habitación con vistas panorámicas al mar, personal muy agradable y limpiadora en concreto con nombre Alejandra impecable como deja la habitación.
Poca variedad en las comidas, aunque en general está buena, pocas zonas de ocio, no hay gimnasio aunque pone que sí lo hay, la piscina se hace pequeña para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Muy pocas actuaciones de entretenimiento.

Die Putzkraft war hat nicht immer alles sauber gemacht. Das war in Ordnung.
We were only at the hotel for one night. Everything about the hotel was excellent and it was next to the beach. We would choose this hotel for a longer stay in the future.
There wasn't anything not to like.
