Hotel viejo, aunque con posibilidades.
Pros:

La ubicación es, sin duda, lo mejor del hotel. Cerca de Kinshicho y de zona comercial.Es un establecimiento grande, pero en general no está muy bien cuidado. La moqueta de los pasillos y de las habitaciones estaba bastante sucia.
Los baños de las habitaciones son muy antiguos y desprenden un olor a cerrado o a tuberías bastante desagradable. Además, el mobiliario está muy deteriorado y resulta bastante anticuado.
Pedí una habitación amplia de 4 camas que estuviera alejada de zonas de paso o de ruidos y me dieron una habitación muy poco cuidada y cerca del cuarto de limpieza. Tengo niños y es lo único que solicité para estar cómodos.
Lo que más destacaría positivamente es la ubicación, el personal, el desayuno buffet, que era bueno y variado, y la posibilidad de coger el autobús-limusina en la puerta del hotel para llegar al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Hotel viejo, necesita una reforma urgente para darle un lavado de cara.Si lo tuviera, sería perfecto.

Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily return to this hotel again.
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience.

The guest room is cleaned every day, and the towels and Japanese-style pajamas are always clean and fresh. I also really appreciate the thoughtful details, such as the hotel amenities being individually packaged in traditional Japanese-style paper.

The 24-hour front desk is very convenient, and the staff are always very nice, friendly, and helpful.

The coffee shop/restaurant on the main floor also offers good-quality food, which is another convenience during the stay.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its convenient airport transportation. There is an airport shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel. The shuttle is a paid service and needs to be booked online directly through the bus service provider, but the booking process is very easy and convenient.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent cleanliness, friendly service, and great convenience, with many thoughtful Japanese touches. I enjoyed my second stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only thing I noticed was that the shower curtain could have been a little cleaner. The toilet bowl is showing some signs of age, although it is clear that the housekeeping team works hard to maintain it and keep it clean every day.

上質で快適！
Pros:

スカイツリーが見えない部屋ということで格安で泊まれました。
大人4人でしたがベッド4つあり全員が快適に眠れました。
駐車場を利用できたので良かったです。

また利用したいホテル
Pros:

シンプルで過不足のない部屋で、ホテル側のサービスでグレードを上げて頂いたので、部屋もベッドも広めで落ち着けました。今回は3泊4日だったのですが、掃除などもランチの間にお願いしたり、帰る日は朝イチで荷物を送ったりと色々と便利でしたし、スタッフの方々が皆さん感じ良く親切でした。錦糸町駅から近いので買い物や各地への出発も便利です。
2階のレストランも無農薬で栽培したフレッシュな野菜や和洋中のバイキングが種類豊富で、ケーキもバイキングにしてはかなりグレードが高いと感じました。
また利用したいと思います。

Cons:

朝食時、レストラン入口にスタッフがおらず案内が遅かった。
（オムレツの調理スタッフが気付いて何度も挨拶の声掛けをしてくださっていたが、案内はなかなか来なかった）

Couldn't imagine a more perfect stay!
Pros:

Close proximity to amenities of different kind, e.g. restaurants, shopping malls, and a train station around the corner. Hotel stuff was of great help and assistance if anything was needed.
