Pros:

門口直接有利木津巴士可以直達，可以省去擠電車跟轉程，很方便，klook上面直接購買就會有QR Code 可以給司機掃,飯店對面有唐吉軻德開到半夜3點都還是可以免稅，（藥品則是比較早關櫃，如果要藥品免稅要注意），飯店隔壁有3棟百貨跟2間超商跟一堆吃的店，且離錦系町車站約5分鐘，真的很方便

Cons:

吸菸室在1樓電梯旁，經過時會有濃濃煙味飄出，跟其他飯店比起來似乎抽風系統太弱，沒有洗衣機有點可惜

Highly recommend it.
Pros:

Very convenient location. The Airport Limousine Bus stops right at the hotel. Minutes walking distance to 7-11 store, Don Quijote, Kinshicho station and more! Great view of the Skytree Tower from the hotel and on the near by street. Clean room and friendly staff.

Great place to stay
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful. Check in was easy, staff were kind & informative. The lobby was clean & organized. I booked a triple room with Tokyo Skytree view and it did not disappoint. The Kinschicho area is wonderful. Not too busy and easy to get to the station. I wish we could have explored the area more. There is a cafe right across the street and it had delicious breakfast sets and coffee. 7-11, Family Mart, Lawsons and Donki all within walking distance is such a plus. I would definitely recommend staying here.

飯店就在車站附近，交通非常方便，且附近就有好幾家便利商店，不用擔心沒有東西吃，想去迪士尼還有專屬接駁車可以預約，至成田機場可以購買直達大巴，飯店服務人員非常親切，住了四天都非常滿意，下次來東京會是首選飯店，非常推薦

有迪士尼接駁車 成田機場付費巴士 自助餐下午茶 夜景酒吧 晴空塔夜景很漂亮 周遭設施齊全 隔壁有百貨公司 後面走路7分鐘，有一間很好吃的白樺銅鑼燒 走路約5分鐘有自助洗衣店
