Good and clean hotel (well everything is clean in Japan). Very nice view on the city. Very good coffee place across the street Mellow Bites (and kind staff)
No seating place to have a short meeting - the bar on the ground floor is closed in the morning until 10 and in the evening after 7 !? No coffee before 10 apart from the big breakfast buffet that doesn’t serve just coffee. And most annoying of all, the manager of the reception refused to keep our luggage for 24 hours (after staying in the hotel for 5 nights), which made us lose half of our day-trip to Hakone to sort out. Incredibly rude and insensitive

Great location, many stores close to the hotel, in a really chill location compare to the rest of tokio, metro station is really close and convinient. hotel is great, had an excelente views of the tokio Skytree
Convenient location, good amenities and nice view.
The bed was rock hard and the pillows were like lumpy sand bags. Quite an uncomfortable sleep.
The location is excellent, near Kinsichio station which is well connected to most of the major JRs and subway. 7/11 & Lawson just opposite to the hotel making it an absolute delite. A family of 4 members with 2 teenager stayed together in the room and though the size was small compared to our standard , it was comfortable.View of the Tokyo sky tree was perfect.Didn’t take any meals or git the time to explore the property. They have luggage transfer facility, which I used to transfer my luggage to a hotel in Osaka directly.
Expensive, Breakfast was not included in my package despite the amount of money I spend on the rooms.
