The location was beautiful next to a lovely beach. The morning breakfast was good but definitely caters toward the large number of german guests in food choices.

This property had multiple ridiculous policies. i have never been to a hotel that CHARGES extra for beach towels. This was the first turn off, particularly given the cost of this hotel. not only are you charged for beach towels but then can only exchange for a fresh towel every other day🙁. this felt cheap and stupid. the biggest aggravation is their policy of renting out EVERY ONE of their loungers. There were haphazard tags attached to every beach lounger identifying them as RESERVED, and not only for a day, which i could kind of understand, but for 7-12 days… are you kidding me? i think this is to accommodate the large number of german tourists that descend upon this resort. this policy was for loungers next to pool as well as all over property. we could not find an unreserved lounger. last complaint was the extremely HARD mattresses. our bill at the end of the stay then included a donation to unicef in addition to the daily mallorca tourist fee.

Reposant, rigolo et inoubliable
Pros:

Les chambres sont nickel, magnifique vue sur la mer. La piscine, la plage, les cocktails son super! Le personnel est toujours présent et souriant et très drôles!

Manque d’insonorisation vis à vis du couloir des chambres et les portes claques trop fort

Un superbe hôtel, plutôt calme, près de 3 magnifiques plages. Emplacement superb, malgré bcp d'escaliers. Vue de la chambre (ch. supérieure avec vue mer latérale) magnifique. Cuisine excellente (matin et soir), grand plus pour les 2 terrasses extérieures du restaurant avec une vue époustouflante Grand plus pour le distributeur d'eau à chaque étage. Ascenseurs un peu lentes en haute saison.

Cons:

Peut être manque de nécessaire a thé et café. Bcp d'escaliers pour aller a la plage. Pas bcp d'ascenseurs en haute saison.

Terassenformige Gartenanlage mit viel Bäumen und Schatten. Sehr schöner Blick auf die Bucht den Strand uns das Meer.

Cons:

Es waren oft nicht genug fertige Spiegeleier da obwohl ersichtlich war das der Bedarf da war. Das Personal dort wirkte nicht sehr motiviert und freundlich.
