We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Universal Lido Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Palma while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere by the beach. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the restaurant staff were super attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall ambiance was perfect for both relaxation and comfort.

Die Lage und vorallem die Umgebung im Felsen mit den Liegestühlen hat uns super gefallen. Der Frühstücksraum ist toll - vorallem der Aussenbereich. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die Teppiche in den Gängen sind alt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell! Die Liegen zwischen den Bäumen sind sehr besonders - wirklich fein dass es Naturschatten gibt und dann auch noch die Aussicht auf das Meer von den Liegen aus!!

Terrasse du restaurant hyper agréable donnant sur la mer
Plage en bas de l’hôtel
Bruit des vagues depuis notre chambre
Personnel du restaurant très gentil , petit déjeuner très bon , buffet dîner aussi

Cons:

-Qu’on ne nous ait pas prévenu que le spa était fermé tout l’été
Seuls les massages étaient possibles
Pas de piscines à jets , pas de jaccuzi 😭
-Le fait qu’il faille réserver et payer les transats simples de piscine
- Qu’on nous adresse systématiquement la parole en allemand alors qu’on est en Espagne !
- À notre goût trop d’allemands

Das sehr große Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt von außen (wie auch die umliegenden Hotels) wie große Wohnblöcke und "kleben" etwas aufeinander. Von innen macht das Hotel aber einen renovierten schönen Eindruck. Egal ob Zimmer, Flure oder Speisesaal - alles in einem Top Zustand.

Volgens verwachting!
Pros:

Locatie (gelijk op het strand), schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Avondeten ook prima

Cons:

-De bed/kussens waren niet confortabel
-De ligbedjes bij het zwembad waren dagelijks allemaal gereserveerd (tegen betaling), dus we zijn maar elke dag naar het strand geweest
-Ontbijt kan iets gevarieerder

Sehr freundliches Personal

Große geräumige Zimmer

Der direkte Zugang zum Meer war ideal.

Die Liegen auf der Anlage ausreichend und die meisten im Schatten unter den Bäumen oder Sonnenschirm.

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet

Man kann spontan am Abend am Buffet für 26€ essen gehen.

Auch hatten wir uns eine Massage gegönnt die sehr zum empfehlen ist.

Cons:

Die Kaffekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt, als ich nachgefragt habe hieß es das man die kaufen muss. Naja Kleinigkeit… aber ich finde das hätte schon zum Service gehört.
