Pros:

Pros:

Based on my previous experience, the check-in process was very easy, and I received a good explanation from the receptionist. There are many parking spaces in the basement, but please bear in mind that parking is charged per hour. The hotel is near Lotus’s, The Curve, and IKEA. There are mamak stalls nearby, as well as fast food outlets like Domino’s. Overall, I am satisfied with a one-night stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the bathroom during my stay was not very satisfactory. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool. It did drain eventually, but it took quite a long time. The same issue happened with the sink. Both the shower gel and hair shampoo were empty, as the staff forgot to refill them. Fortunately, I brought my own toiletries

Cons:

Poor room service and facility. I complain of laundry bag, no body shampoo and ventilator fan not functioning. Aettle after 2 escalation.

Location as a last resort option.
Cons:

ROOM 203. Heavy cigarette smell.

No parking. Not even a spot for drop off. Everything is self service. You better drop your luggage first before finding a parking spot

Parking spot is random. Shared. Lots of reserved space where we as guest would be loss to find a proper spot.

Not family friendly and definitely not driver friendly.

Cons:

Some parts were not kept well and dirty. Towel has a slight smell, maybe it’s the detergent… but still clean overall
