Bay Hill Inns & Suites, Neepawa

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and obliging . No children and didn’t use breakfast but looked very inviting

Hopefully you advertise that there is no pool or hottub

Waited over 5 minutes to see a front desk representative when we checked in at 4:30pm.
Stock supllies on a pallet in the lobby waiting area when checked in and still there when checked out.
Room was very clean and good though.
Breakfast was minimal offering but okay.

Only comment we have is that there should be some anti slip mats for the shower

Basic motel, almost self serve. Run the motel and donair joint with same staff. Donairs were excellent...

Very comfortable beds, pillows, linens. Etc.

Lovely staff and good for a short stay. A slightly older hotel, strong smelling cleaning products which detracted a little from the stay.

The hotel grounds needed some care (garbages by the front door were overflowing and never emptied during our stay) but otherwisebit eas a good, quick stay for our familyof 4 that was passing through! Nice, spacious rooms and comfortable beds!

Suggestion… 2ply toilet paper would be better.
Kitchen area needs a bit of an update.
Fresh items for breakfast(fruit)
salt and pepper
Notice where to get ice.
Staff not visible at desk or phone .
Patio and front area needs to be cleaned up.

Hotel was simple, clean and quiet.

Never been to a hotel that did not provide an ice machine. Nor did they provide an alternate solution. Expensive for a second rate hotel ($149.00 per night). Additional charges for a third guest.

Very clean hotel, comfy beds. Thought it was odd you had to call a number for reception to come to the front desk, but had a very nice stay

One issue we found is that the toilet was in the wrong position to close to the sink and the toilet roll holder was on the opposite wall to the toilet. Had to find out how to turn off the heater fan as it was noisy as we are use to no noise. Other than that it was good but we only stayed the one night on New Years Eve

Stayed here while visiting family. Property is older, but it was been nicely refreshed. Room was comfortable and clean. Restaurant worker checked us in as the manager was not around to do so. Had to wait around for them to arrive so they could take our card for the room. I found it odd they process payment right when you check in and not when you check out, but I guess that's what they do. Breakfast room was clean, but not a lot of variety in selections; very basic but was fine for us. Would stay here again if we had to.
