Pros:

They didn't tell us prior to check in that they were under construction. THAT was a major turn off. Lighting in stairwell non existent and a MAJOR safety hazard. We didn't have water one afternoon. The list goes on.

The staff was awesome and stored our luggage for us after check out so that we could go skiing. Helped our day go so smoothly.
