The rooms are a bit worn down and dated, esp the bathroom. The sink and the WC was dirty and stained. The chairs in the bedroom were frayed at the edges. Iron was missing.

Cocktails by Ms.Soma
Pros:

Very nice experience. The bar menu was excellent. We had a great time tasting different cocktails made by Ms.Soma. She has excellent hands on cocktail and her knowledge about origin of different cocktails was just awesome. We look forward to have more cocktails from her.

Pros:

The restaurants were above par. Service at the restaurants was superb.

Cons:

The reception needs to be more proactive service vice. Usually I have had better service at the reception in other properties.

Pleasant stay, lovely staff. Would return for work
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff. Went the extra mile to ensure I could watch my team on the tv when a rainstorm kept knocking the tv signal out. They kept apologising even though it wasn’t their fault.
Recommend Reign bar and Asia restaurant. Nice food and good selection.
Gym has everything I need and I took advantage of the steam room.
Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning the room, replenishing water, changing towels and laundry returned the same day.
Musicians in the Reign bar sing far too loud and you cannot hear each other when you are trying to have a conversation. Management can’t get them to rein it in! Stay away Fri Sat and Sunday

Pros:

I’m a frequent visitor and always enjoy staying at Radisson Guwahati. The staff is always smiling and welcoming. I must mention Ms Sanam from housekeeping. A very efficient and excellent worker. She does her job very diligently. I’m sure Radisson will continue to live upto its name and reputation.

Nest asia restaurant, best restaurant in Guwahati.
Pros:

Nest asia restaurant was simply amazing, the attendant Kalpana and the sous chef mriganka roy, went extra mile to take care of us. We ordered Assamese dishes and they were delicious. Would comeback soon.

Excellent service and comfortable stay
Pros:

All staff and systems were very good at the hotel in Guwahati especially Khiman the sous chef who was assigned to us at the restaurant to ensure we received everything we needed as we were all vegan. He highly exceeded all our expectations!

We are grateful to all the staff for a truly amazing experience.
