A decent hotel but poor finance systems
Pros:

Large hotel with good amenities in the room.

Cons:

I was double-charged for my booking during check-in (payment was already charged through booking.com still I was charged again at check-in). The refund process took more than 1 month and it was a big challenge to recover back.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Radisson Blu, from the delicious breakfast and comfortable stay to the warm and courteous behaviour of the staff. A special mention to Isha Banik, who made our anniversary truly memorable. She wished us on our special day and went the extra mile to surprise us with a beautiful cake. The gesture was so thoughtful and heartwarming that it genuinely overwhelmed us and made our celebration even more special. Such personal touches make all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so wonderful and memorable!
