It was good once but not any more.

Cons:

Renovation of rooms going on. Guests need to stay next to it and the chemical smell enters room. If we ask for change in room also they are unable to give a location that is little away from renovation. Very bad experience.

The beautiful lounge area outdoors was booked for some event and was not for regular use which turned out not to be fun

Hospitality of the staff. And the delicious food.

Got a smoking room when not asking for one. Tv remote not working, handwash dispenser not working. Cost of 1 kinley soda was Rs. 550 in room service. Have had better stays at Radisson before

Not a convenient stay did not feel like staying in give star
Cons:

They were renovating the property and the whole place was filled with dust and we also had someone banging on the wall which caused lot of nuisance . They packed a complementary breakfast for us but they just packed the food which tasted horribly and packed only for two instead of three which they had promised . We had to throw chutney as no salt was added and was pathetic .
We stayed for two nights there and had stayed inRadisson earlier but had never faced this issue . Some of the staff were friendly including the one who was serving dinner but most of them were rude and was a tough stay
