朝食が和食と洋食で選べたこと、そして当日の朝に自由に選べることがとてもよかったです！洋食/サンドイッチを選びましたが、パンがとても美味しかったです！！

館内が広く、お土産を買ったり館内を散策したり、自由に過ごせたことも嬉しかったです。そしてとにかくスタッフさんが親切な方ばかりでした。
ベルボーイ(女性の方だとベルガールというのでしょうか...)玄関口でタクシーの送り迎えをしてくださった方に感動しました。タクシー乗降時に頭をぶつけないように手をかざしてくださるのは人生で初めてでした！
なんでも簡略化される時代に、ひと手間・ふた手間に心遣いを感じて、心地よい時間でした。お部屋にクリスマスツリーを飾ってくれていたり、アメニティの種類が豊富だったことも気分が上がりました！
そして、ロケーションは文句なし。晴れていたので、朝焼けも日中の海が見える景色も、どの時間帯も真正面が海で絶景でした！また是非宿泊したいと思います^^

The location in Naruto is nice.

Cons:

There were roaches or bugs in the buffet. The buffet is very limited. When we went they didn’t even have rice. The cleaning staff was very pushy. In terms of the room, it was mostly fine, except the air conditioning didn’t work well, it became extremely hot. And the pillow situation is confusing

お料理が、きめ細やかでバイキングも、シェフや料理人の方が必ず付いて調理してくださる所が、大変よく、とても美味しかったです。徳島の特産品もふんだんに使われていて、旅行感覚がしっかり味わえました。

Would look into other hotel next time.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Balcony view was great to view the sunrise and moon road at night (could see a bit of Onaruto bridge from room). Hotel had many activities all needed extra-charge if you wish to join; had a bit of everything if you wanted to experience local culture like indigo colour dyeing, pottery painting, japanese paper making, fishing etc. Outdoor onsen was nice on first floor; also had indoor onsen on top floor. Japanese breakfast had many selections and was delicious.

Cons:

Many information in japanese. Price for the overall experience and quality was a bit high compared to other hotels we stayed in Shikoku.

写真より部屋が広く感じ、清掃が行き届いていました。
フロントの案内、ホテルのレストラン内のスタッフ皆さんの対応も良かったです。

lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices.

one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. this was after a 15 minute long check in where they explained random hotel details. I then had to go to another desk to make dinner reservations - at the hotel.

hoping for a bit more efficiency in the future.
