clean, comfortable and great value for money
Pros:

Room was clean and presented well, great location.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Kettle was not clean, updating appliances would help as they were a bit old, boiled water in a pot rather than use the kettle.

Glad the bed was comfy and the water was hot.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Back side of bathroom door dirty, toilet seat very flimsy and moved about, soap dish in shower was uncleaned with short hairs still on it.
No coffee satchels or small UHT milk provided.
Balcony was very unclean with bird droppings in plentiful.

Cons:

Very dirty - cigarette butt on the ground inside, lots of dirt and hair. Towels and bed linen were stained. Surprise guest a mouse/rat crawled under the door from the hallway into my room and ran under the fridge.

Blankets in cupboards smell and stained as well.

It was dirty, the toilet leaked all over the floor, the rooms stunk terribly, even the entrance and hallway to the rooms were smelly and dirty .

Dirty Apartment
Cons:

We had to leave as the apartnent was so dirty both in the main living room and bathroom. Shower had not been cleaned for sometime and stained walls in the kitchen area...plus seating was dirty abd stained...

Great location, great apartment - will stay there again.
Pros:

Location was great, the apartment was clean and tidy with a good view over the adjacent golf course.

Cons:

Smelling and breathing the smoke from the adjoining apartment's inhabitant when out on the balcony, so didn't go out there.
