Pros:

Everything! Breakfast was phenomenal, every staff member remembers who you are and goes out of their way to help you any way they can. I had gone to the front desk to inquire about how/where to go somewhere and had left saying I would think about it. Later, when I went back to take them up on the hotel tuk tuk, she had already informed the driver of what I wanted and off I went! The driver was also amazing, I had wanted to rent traditional wear to take photos at Ankor Wat and he brought me to a place that was clearly not just for tourists and had the most beautiful clothing. Cafe he suggested was also a 10/10. My room was spacious and very comfortable, massage was so easy to set up, small issue with the room AC (bc I cranked it all the way) was taken care of immediately. Just an overall amazing experience. Also such a good location, right along the river, def walkable to many spots, including the night market. Would rec to everyone.

The staff were so amazingly friendly they make the hotel lovely place to stay for a few nights
Pros:

The hotel and staff were fantastic. The hotel was very inviting, the room was great the pool beautiful, sky bar spacious and a pleasure to sit at. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Only small things, the pool doesn’t have a great deal of sun-beds or any sun after midday ish. If this doesn’t bother you then no problem as the rest of the hotel makes up for it.
The location - a little further out from the main hustle and bustle but honestly only 10 min walk, so actually nice to be a bit away. Again not something I didn’t like, more of a comment

Just what one wants after a hot and sticky visit to Angkor Wat!
Pros:

Excellent staff at front desk - extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean room, lovely pool and bar area. Nice breakfast. Location is excellent - a short walk or tuk tuk ride to Pub Street but far enough away so one doesn’t have to hear it after leaving.

Cons:

Some mosquitos in the room but I guess it comes w the territory?

Perfect location, quiet with a comfortable bed in a cool dark room!
Pros:

Loved this hotel! From the staff to the breakfast to the comfy bed this place was perfect home base while sightseeing Angkor Wat. Our guide Lee was the best. He was with us all 3 days with a kind driver with awesome AC and cool towels. I found him by Tour By Locals. Reach out to him and negotiate... in Asia you negotiate just about everything. I never made it to the pool.

The complex is spread out and a bit confusing but that's being picky
