Pros:

La vistas al Fuji son excelentes

Cons:

1) Siendo un hotel spa, NO avisaron al hacer la reserva que el spa estaba cerrado, mandando un email cuando la reserva ya cumplia
2) Estando el hotel a media temporada no fueron flexibles para permitir el check in un par de horas antes, haciendote esperar unas horas
3) Siendo un hotel spa, y facilitando vestimenta de confort no permiten acceder al desayuno o moverte por el hotel con ella. Hay que señalar que todos los hoteles spa u onsen visitados en Japon lo permitian. Y si no lo permiten deberian informar en la habitacion de este codigo de vestimenta.

Pros:

מלון מפנק צמוד לפארק השעשועים Fuji Q, לקחנו חדר עם נוף להר פוג׳י. המלון נותן כניסה מוקדמת לפארק. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת. צמוד למלון יש תחנת אוטובוס לחזרה לטוקיו.

お値段以上、最高でした。
Pros:

ロケーション。お天気に恵まれ、子供が初めて見る至近距離の富士山にとても喜んでいて、素敵な提供を頂きました。
お部屋の雰囲気がオシャレでした。サードベッドも想像以上に立派なものでした。
スタッフの方々がお若いのに一生懸命対応して頂きました。
朝食も美味しかったです。
お掃除もきちんとされていました。
温泉施設が使用できなくても万全なフォローがあり
代替え施設を利用させて頂き、素晴らしい旅となりました。主人も子供も大満足でした。

Pros:

Excellent location, facilities and staff. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel while we climbed Mt Fuji at no extra charge

Cons:

Unfortunately the onsen was unavailable during our stay due to renovations. We were looking forward to using it after climbing Mt Fuji

こちらの急な事情の変化にも柔軟に対応してくれた。

Cons:

地震のせいもあってか大浴場が事前通知なく休館中。代替設備も用意されてはいたが、距離があり行く気にならなかった。
あと館内の食費が相場よりも高く感じられた。
