Great location. Wonderful view of Mt Fuji. Kids enjoyed access to the park next door. Breakfast was excellent.
This hotel is so convenient. The bus stop is right outside the hotel, just hop off the bus and walk up to the hotel. There's a 7/11 and large shop heading towards FujiQ or a quick 5 min walk to Donki and a crane game place on the main road. Macaroni Club restaurant was pretty good, and the bfast buffet was also pretty good for both Japanese and western bfasts. Room was small but thought out and cozy.
My husband and I have tattoos, so no hot springs for us, which we knew prior to booking. The other pros to this hotel outweighed this con.
This hotel was a 10/10 for our short stay in Mt Fuji. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The room was so spacious and tidy. The onsite restaurants and buffet was lovely.
The room, bathroom and the onsen
I would have liked to have an open view to the park and to Mt Fuji
Relaxing and convenient to Fuji-Q Highlands. When you're a guest there, you also get to go into the park 30 minutes ahead of the regular customers. Very convenient when you want to get priority tickets for the rides you want. The resort also provides a free shuttle that loops in the area all the way to Kawaguchiko station. Very convenient. There is also an onsen tied in with the resort. Unfortunately due to tattoos I'm not able to use it. The restaurants within the resort are top notch. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Finally at the back gate it is directly tied into the Fujikyuko line and at the front of the resort. There is a bus station where you can book your tickets back to Tokyo etc. i keep forgetting to add more awesomeness about the resort. I've always been lucky to get a view of Mt. Fuji from my room. You can't beat that.

Wanted to see My Fuji and it was right there from our room! Room was spacious and well appointed. Hotel had a free shuttle bus to the train/bus stations which was a great help
Buffet breakfast and dinner. Although there was a great variety of food, ALL the food that should have been HOT, was cold. I understand that it can be difficult to get buffets right, but a basic measure should be hot foods being served hot. Really impacted on our stay, because apart from the pasta restaurant, there are NO other restaurants near by. It was one of the reasons that we left two days earlier than scheduled.

il y avait de la condensation sur les fenêtres de la chambre , pas assez de choix niveaux boisson a la supérette de l'hotel

The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely amazing. The family room was very spacious, comfortable beds and super clean.

We arrived at noon and didn't expect that check in would be possible already - but it was!
Great location, perfect for Mount Fuji area and for Fuji Q (early entry for hotel guests, park tickets with a discount!).
And the onsen was amazing!
