I loved being so close to the beach and seeing it right out the sliding door of our room :)
Pros:

The location was excellent - being able to walk straight to the beach. The breakfast was ok but could have been better.

Cons:

The accommodations are old and outdated. It really needs to be renovated, given a new coat of paint, new appliances (the stove is very old), etc.

I lost all my money and didn't stay
Cons:

I am owed a refund for my reservation. I did not stay and tried to cancel but this was unsuccessful. In error, I had to book and stay at another hotel for that same night.

Great location and value, but could use a little upgrading and deep clean
Pros:

Great location. Cute cottage with everything we needed. Beautiful beach just steps outside the door.

Cons:

Bed springs made a loud squeaky noise every time you moved. Rust on a few things in the bathroom. Touch points (doors, handles, light switches) and floors need to be cleaned.

The cleaner they use on the floors leaves a residue so don't go barefoot or your feet get filthy

The place is nice but the experience with some of the stuff as been the worst of my life.
Pros:

The location and the room were nice

Cons:

They charged me twice for one night and I am still waiting to get my money back.
As I am travelling and I am not rich those 250 dollars are essential and this loss is affecting my travel and My mood as well.
The person in charge at the office, Taylor, has been dismissive, rude and not helpful at all. This is my first negative experience with booking.com and I am sad about it.

One night, very pleasant stay
Pros:

Unfortunately we were only there for a night. I loved the beach facing balcony with the sun set view. Also appreciated the cleanliness and updated decor of the older facility. It was my second time to this area and have noticed that many of the hotels are older but nicely updated. Kitchenette was great for us! The hotel is convenient to the little town area where there are restaurants and shops. Super nice family vibe too. Would recommend to family and friends.

Cons:

I would add a PVC pipe bar for the base of the sliding glass doors for extra security. Did not ever feel unsafe in our room but we use the bar on the door track at our own beachfront home in Florida so we are used to that extra measure.

It was peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

Comfortable room beautiful location! Decent price for an ocean front room.

Cons:

Building and grounds were old and weathered. Seems like a lot of upkeep and maintenance of this older property had be deferred.

Loved it!
Pros:

Location and view excellent! Breakfast was a nice bonus. Room was cozy, decorated beachy. Staff gave us great recommendations for dinner.
