Pros:

Polecam hotel... czystość na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa na duży plus.
Znakomita lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa. Blisko dworzec kolejowy to dodatkowy atut. Sklepy w pobliżu.Do centrum kilka minut piechotą.
Gorąco polecam.

Cons:

Brak w pokoju szklanek.
Ale w ogólnie dostępnej części czajnik i kubki jednorazowe do dyspozycji rekompensuje braki

A great, convenient hotel for a short stay near the airport
Pros:

A really nice hotel. We had an overnight layover in Bergamo and chose this hotel to spend the night. It’s close to the airport and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms are big, clean, and have everything you need.

Ho erroneamente prenotato due stanze per la notte successiva a quella in cui mi sono presentato alla hall, per sentirmi dire che dovevo comunque riacquistare le camere, pur avendole disponibili.
Comprendo che avevo acquistato una non rimborsabile, ma non ho mancato il mio appuntamento con la struttura, l’ho anticipato. Tuttavia, il Customer Care ha deciso di perdere un cliente a livello definitivo per quanto riguarda la catena.
Ho dovuto pagare un’altra volta, due stanze per una notte, quindi per me è costato il doppio, e se posso quindi fare una valutazione qualità prezzo, mi dispiace ma la mia recensione è negativa

between hostel and a student dormitory .. but not a hotel for sure.
Pros:

Friendly staff on the reception , after checking out you can leave your luggage for free

Cons:

If you expect to have a proper sleep on a comfortable bed in a quiet room - not the place for you! Awful mattresses and no noise isolation! You literally hear everything happening in the rooms around and above you and in the corridors.

The other basic need which is not covered - you can’t take a proper shower and relax even for 5 minutes. Really small shower cabin and the worst part - the shower handle falls down constantly (room 138)… and if you are unlucky - you get your head hit.

Less important problem, but still exciting - not enough electricity contacts in the room.

Also keep in mind that the location does not seem safe. There are strange people in the neighbourhood, mostly on the street with the parking spots, next to the train rails. The hotel is also far away from the old town.

Last, but not least - really bad impression by the e-mail which the guests receive one day before leaving. They inform you that any bad review by you will reflect as penalty for the staff, which is not fair. To make it clear - my bad review is for the hotel management and the photos on booking which are far from the reality you find in the hotel.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, beautifully arranged, and exactly as shown in the photos.
The facilities were excellent, modern, and very well maintained. You could really see the attention to detail and the care put into making guests feel comfortable.
The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful at all times.
They were always smiling, ready to assist, and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
Overall, this hotel offers an outstanding experience in every aspect — comfort, cleanliness, service, and facilities. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
