The property has an all-inclusive system, where guests are served breakfast, lunch and dinner at specific hours of the day. The only exceptions are at check in day, which only includes lunch and dinner, and check out day which only includes breakfast. Drinks are not included.
Local tax law
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
To be exempted from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Muy bueno el lugar muy acogedor
Que en las comidas estuviera considerado el vino como acompañamiento.

No reciben efectivo por lo que venir directo del aeropuerto hace difícil tener pesos chilenos para dar propinas. Eso fue lo único que no me gustó.
En general bien, había ido varias veces, y estuvo ok, la comida muy rica.
El personal de la recepción tuvo un comportamiento raro (sólo una persona realmente) primera vez que me pasa que en una recepción o llegada a un hotel, el encargado saluda de beso a los huéspedes. Fue muy incómodo y fuera de lugar.
Atencion del personal
Lo unico malo que prometieron una atencion por que celebrabamos 40 años de matrimonio que nunca llego.Una lastima
The location
We booked this stay as a birthday celebration for our friend. Two of our party of four became very ill after dinner on our first night. One person suffered violent vomiting , The other an extremely upset stomach which still hasn’t cleared five days later. Our stay was ruined as both were too unwell to use the hotel spa and other facilities the next day. On the following day when we were leaving The general manager happened to be on site and we reported this to him. He assured us he would investigate this with the executive chef and asked to meet us at check out to report his findings. He did not show up for the meeting. The deputy manager was sent to meet us and offer a derisory 5% discount on our bill - which we refused as it was insulting, and no explanation or apology was offered. Such a shame . This place is in a stunning location has a beautiful spa ( which we were unable to use as we were too unwell) has wonderful history and should and could I suspect with better management be very very special.

En general, me acomoda tal y como está. Se respira tranquilidad. Algunos inconvenientes con niños pequeños en los comedores
La experiencia completa, pero en especial la piscina temperada.
1) Repondría el reloj en la piscina temperada.
2) Creemos que hay que ser más estricto con lo que la piscina es sólo para adultos. Fuimos el sábado en la tarde con mi señora y había un olor desagradable, probablemente un pañal.

Lugar maravilloso, muy buena cocina y abundante
Alojamiento en habitación que no corresponde al precio de un alojamiento de tipo internacional que se paga, por el sector, tamaño y habilitación. Demasiado sencilla.
Problemas
1.- sector en remodelación con gente trabajando (se resolvió llamando) y muebles de habitaciones vecinas en remodelación en el pasillo de mi habitación lo que da pésima imagen.
2.- ducha descompuesta saliendo el agua por cualquier lado menos por el plato superior. No hay supervisión previa a la entrega de la habitación. Se resolvió con llamado pero primera ducha muy incómoda.
3.- Caja de seguridad con instrucciones que no se pueden seguir. Creo que estaba descompuesta. Pedí cambio y no se resolvió.
El restaurante de miy buena calidad , muy buena preparaciones a nivel de los mejores.nos encanto la variedad y el nivel de la cocina.
Para ser temas, la rrposicion de aguas res pagada . Estoy hablando de agua , no bebidas .
