Nice but would do the Kawa late next time where everything is close and you don't have to take buses
Pros:

The hotel was overall nice and the view of Mt Fuji is great

Cons:

The hotel is kind of out of the way. The shuttles to take you down hill work at designated time. They won't take you when you want to go. It makes it less useful if you want an early start. And if you stay out past 6pm you have to get a cab which is very expensive.

It was nice overall but recommended being closer to Lake Kawaguchi
Pros:

The room was quite and the view of Mt Fuji was great. I liked the open air bath.

Cons:

Too far from main attractions. The hotel shuttle only goes at certain times and only to the first bus stop. Buses can take a full hour to get you to a tourist location. Long wait between buses.
Language issues were huge. The logistics were difficult. I would not recommend unless you're older and mostly want to stay arounf the hotel. Cabs are ridiculously expensive in Japan.

We love this place. It’s cool and comfortable. Very good outdoor onsen with Fujisan

大浴場がとすぎるもっと歩かないで入りたいです
Pros:

部屋から朝富士山が見えてとてもよかったです夜のディナーはさすがハーベスト美味しかったです
スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです

Cons:

私の部屋からはお風呂大浴場がとても遠くていけなかったです体にしぃがいがあるので余計大変でたどり着けませんでした　部屋のお風呂も私には大変入りずらかったです

Gerne wieder beim nächsten mal.
Pros:

Auf alle Fälle war das beste der Onsen mit Saunabereich.
Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und im Zimmer war Super.
Der Rundumblick von der Terrasse war auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt und sollte erneuert oder aufgearbeitet werden .
