Que te diesen toallas para la piscina
Que no tuvieran agua caliente y tampoco pusieran remedio al comentarlo. La poca amabilidad por parte del personal, la primera vez en México que tengo qué ponerme serio con el staff. Qué la piscina está muy sucia y les da absolutamente igual por mucho que se les informe de ello. Que no hay ascensor, no te ayudan con las maletas....

La alberca en realidad es un hotel muy bonito si no fuera por la recepcionista que se llama Maritza muy déspota y grosera muy mala experiencia con ella pero creo que solo es ella todo el personal fue muy amable y las intenciones están en muy buen estado.la alberca muy limpia.

el desayuno no es lo que esperaba, solo habia manzanas, cereal, leche, cafe y pan tostado. Deberian especificar bien que desayuno es el que incluye cuando compra uno por las aplicaciones .

La alberca es muy bonita y la ubicación es buena para quien requiere estar en el norte de Mérida.
Pésima atención de las recepcionistas, se ven malhumoradas y cero calidez hacia el turista como se caracteriza Yucatán. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento. El desayuno incluido es terrible, sólo pan de caja, manzanas, plátanos y cereales - me arrepentí de haber pagado con desayuno incluido. No lo recomiendo.
