La ubicacion me quedaba cerca al luvar donde iba a tener un evento
Lo sucio del cuarto, de las instalaciones , las fotos no corresponde a como esta ahorita el cuarto apestaba horrible y la cama incomoda y t da una picazon que no deja descansar.

El primer contacto cuando pides la reservación el personal no fue muy agradable
El estacionamiento es cómodo y seguro. Las habitaciones son suficientemente cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es lo básico; café, pan tostado y plátanos o manzanas. El personal amable.
Habíamos solicitado habitación en planta baja y nos querían dar una del piso de arriba. Finalmente nos la cambiaron, pero se ve que no la registraron en el sistema, porque a medianoche, alguien abrió la puerta de la habitación. Nos dijo que era el velador y que tenía marcada esa habitación como vacía y que las estaba revisando. Nos llevamos tremendo susto!
La atención del vigilante una persona mayor con una actitud muy buena lo único bueno de ese hotel
1ro la mala atención de la recepciónista 2da no tienen personal para apoyar con las maletas hay que subir cargando hacia las habitaciones los controles de aire acondicionado viejos y no funcionan mala la red de Internet y mucho ruido en las mañanas encienden el riego del pasto y no se dan cuenta que están mojando al cliente cuando baja por las escaleras
