Pros:

La alberca es muy bonita y la ubicación es buena para quien requiere estar en el norte de Mérida.

Cons:

Pésima atención de las recepcionistas, se ven malhumoradas y cero calidez hacia el turista como se caracteriza Yucatán. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de mantenimiento. El desayuno incluido es terrible, sólo pan de caja, manzanas, plátanos y cereales - me arrepentí de haber pagado con desayuno incluido. No lo recomiendo.

El aire acondicionado no estaba en buen funcionamiento caía agua... tanta que se hizo un charco! Y no solo fue en mi cuarto ennlosbdos cuartos! Que se pago!

Cons:

Das Internet in den Zimmern war nicht ausreichend. Die letzten 2 Tage hatten wir kein Internet. Wegen das Wetter konnten wir am letzten Tag das Zimmer nicht verlassen weil die Regierung hat alle Museen, Restaurants, Malls etc. geschlossen.
Das Hotel verfügt mit keinem Restaurant und mussten wir Pizza aufs Zimmer bestellen.

Bien pero necesita frigobar!
Pros:

Cómodo y limpio, el desayuno continental incluído fresco

Cons:

Siguen sin tener frigobar en la habitación y eso hace que no puedas llevar bebidas y con el calor de Mérida está fatal xq llevas agua para tomar y en media hora esta súper caliente
