Tecnohotel Beach

This property was discounted and well worth the money. The private beach with chairs and service throughout were great. The restaurant was good and cheaper than USA prices. I would suggest stopping at a grocery store in Progresso before going to the hotel as it is a 40 minute drive to Progresso and Uber is limited. The hotel arranged a last minute taxi to the airport(Gracias Daniel) after the Uber cancelled. The rooms are a bit outdated but the super price and friendly staff made up for that. I will definitely stay again.

Rooms outdated. No hot water. Messy beach area. Got sick from restaurant food with no other options around. Drinks extremely water downed. Left after 2 nights.

The property and almost all the personnel were amazing! The people at the front desk were fantastic! Only one waiter was extremely rude, without explaining the menu to us, after we ordered and got our food at the table, we called him to ask about the breakfast package and he categorically said to us that he wasn’t going to change the order just because I didn’t know what the breakfast package included. I was so mad that I didn’t want to leave a tip but my wife asked me to leave something. However, his actions were enough for us to not go back to their restaurant. Leaving a bad review just because of one person may not be fair to everyone else but, he disservice us so bad that I would never go back there ever again.

La propiedad si le hace falta mantenimiento, enconrarán algún oxido en una que otra cosa, sin embargo, esta bastante aceptable relación calidad precio, el personal atento, le hace falta buffet en el restaurante, fuera de eso todo bien, la playa aquí es lo mejor.

El hotel esta pegado a la playa lo cual es excelente y el mar es tranquilo, tiene dos albercas no muy grandes y son poco profundas lo cual esta bien para tranquilidad con niños pequeños, las recamaras son amplias y si cuentan con smart tv. Las instalaciones y los cuartos son anticuadas pero están limpias. La comida de buen sabor los platillos rondan en los 200 - 400 pesos. Esta miy carca de Telchac puerto pero lo mejor si es rentar carro para moverse y conocer los alrededores.

ESTUVIMOS MUY COMODOS EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE ESPECIALMENTE ROBERTO FUE MUY ATENTO EN LA RECEPCION, EL RESTAURANTE BIEN, SIN DUDA ES UNA GRAN OPCION PARA UN VIAJE FAMILIAR

Excelente estancia, durante nuestro viaje había problema de sargazo y marea roja, sin embargo las instalaciones nos ofecieron una opción relajante para disfrutar. La alberca deliciosa, el club de playa disponible con buenas instalaciones y las habitaciones con un aire vintage pero sin perder la comodidad.

excellent service! The place just great

The hotel has a beautiful beach (water shoes recommended). There is no much around, which is nice, but that means there are not many options to dine/eat out. Food/drinks prices are expensive. The pool itself was nice and clean. However, dirty plates and cups were left overnight in all common areas at the beach and pool. The service is quite bad and very slow. The hotel hosts cruise guests (once/twice a week), so some days might be overcrowded. In general, the hotel is ok if you do not have high expectations (nice beach, nice pool, very basic rooms).

Very nice Hotel and the staff it’s very friendly, being there few times.
