Pros:

I might use this hotel again but I would make sure of no outside parties/excursions coming

Reception was friendly... The restaurant food was fine... The adult pool was okay

Cons:

The beach area outside of my room was used as a cruise ship excursion party from Progreso... so one morning there was loud music and a guy on a microphone for quite a few hours... not relaxing for the actual guests of the hotel... and made the pool water murky.

Excelente hotel y servicio
Pros:

Me gustó que esta a orilla de playa
Las habitaciones son comodas y grandes y tienen cocineta ademas de televisión

Cons:

Creo que le faltaba un poco de limpieza a la habitación, quiza porque era temporada baja y tenían las habitaciones listas desde hace días que no había llegado huésped

También había creo que eran termitas en la madera, lo entiendo porque es un hotel en medio de la naturaleza

Creo que la habitación la deberían de fumigar más seguido y deberían de ponerle a las puertas un burlete o un rastrillo para evitar la entrada de insectos

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property? Pretty much everything except from the personal. Rooms are bad and not up to date, food was dissgusting and expensive for what it is. The whole place is not well taking care and there is nothing to do around

Beach club au top
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé en bord de mer avec son propre beach club: vue imprenable pour les couchers de soleil en septembre. Piscine grande et ombragée. Restaurant sur place ce qui est pratique car l'hôtel est éloigné de San Benito. Chambre grande, propre et fonctionnelle.

Repas mitigé au restaurant.

Buena ubicación junto al mar, pero necesita reformas en el baño
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable en general. Lo mejor de todo es, sin duda, su ubicación excelente en primera línea de playa, lo que hizo que estuviéramos muy a gusto y disfrutáramos mucho de la zona. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto importante que deben mejorar: el cuarto de baño necesita una reforma urgente.

Cons:

los grifos y los sanitarios se notan bastante antiguos y muy deteriorados.

El concepto del Hotel es muy bueno, es un oasis de paz y tranquilidad, super bonito y tiene una playa extraordinaria. Espectacules puestas de sol! Y sobre todo el personal super amable!.
