Pros:

It is located on the beach and has beach chairs. Beds are comfortable. Good a/c. The restaurant has good food and drinks.

When they have tourist group to be at the beach club; staff forget the people staying at the hotel.

It was decent.
Pros:

The beach proximity. Cleanliness.Water bottle everyday. Places to hang clothes to dry. Quietness

Cons:

No washcloths provided. No soap for sink in the kitchen. Pillows were hard. No chairs on patio. Service on the beach was not great it took a long time to get menus or drinks ordered. One day we got a menu but no one came back to get our drink order and there was only one other family on the beach. Shower head squirted out the side and onto the wall. Spider webs above the bed. Road in to the hotel needs to have the potholes filled.

Hôtel de plage familiale peu coûteux, face à la mer.
Pros:

On est sur la plage avec 2 petites piscines agréables
Personnel très sympathique
Restaurant pratique

Cons:

-Les groupes de touristes qui envahissent le bord de plage dans l’hôtel les mardis et jeudis de 9h à 13h avec enceinte, micro, jeux… une fois qu’on le sait on s’éloigne, la plage est grande.
-il serait bien d’avoir 4 chaises dans la chambre, à la même hauteur…. Pour le balcon notamment

La ubicación del hotel, La playa y la comida

Cons:

Cuando solicité habitaciones informé que eramos 5 personas y en vez de ubicarnos en habitaciones contiguas, nos separaron en 2.villas distintas. A pesar que le solicité al de recepcion que mi hermana se cambiara abajo me dijo que habia ocupacion alta sin embargo durante mi estadía nunca se ocupó. La ubicacion del cuarto cerca de la piscina se oye wl escandalo cuando llegan los extranjeros.a las 8 de la mañana. Mi habitación con televisión de 21 pulgadas y un minirefrigerador. Mi hermana con una pantalla de 43 o mas y un refrigerador mucho mas grande. Solicité el cambio de televisión y me respondió que no se.podria al momento que al.dia siguiente el cual nunca llegó. Camas muy duras. Las de mi hetmana.eran mas cómodas. El.wifi.malisimo.mi hermana no pudo ver televisión por.lo mismo. Su aire acondicionado no enfriaba. En la piscina mientras había.extranjeros había música y meseros. Apenas se iban nos dejaban sin nada.
Una amiga que me encontré hospedada ahi, su cuñado, extranjero, le dieron una suite con sala, terraza una cocina mas equipada cuarto y baño mas.equipado por un mejor precio y hasta le dieron la opción de todo incluido. Opción que lógico a mi no me ofrecieron ni el la página de booking como a él, ni en el hotel. Su cuarto si le llegaba el wifi y veía televisión sin problema. Es una pena pensar que a los extranjeros le dan mejor trato pero con tanta diferencia de trato no puedo dejar de pensar que hay cierta discriminación. Falta mejorar la atención al cliente independientemente de quien sea, asi como mejorar las.intalaciones. porque no es justo que pagué mas.por un cuarto y a otro por ser extranjero le dieron un cuarto de primera por menor precio.
