Al hotel le falta mantenimiento, es un hotel viejo y se nota.
Habitación limpia, desayuno muy rico y personal muy atento y profesional
Excelente
I only gave it 4 stars as there are many good things about this property but with that comes many bad things. 1st the good;
- Pool always perfect swimming temperature and I always had it to myself everyday I swam.
- Staff were absolutely amazing and always accommodating and willing to help as much as they could. Spoke dual language at reception made check-in and check-out flawless.
- Security for the property was good and always greeted each person/vehicle with respect while maintaining safety of property. Now the bad, you’ll notice a theme;
- Air conditioning in room wasn’t cool enough and tried adjusting but to no avail it did not work.
- Hot water in shower took nearly a week to finally happen. When it did it was extremely sufficient but still shouldn’t have taken as long even after asking for it to be tended too.
- Not much lighting in the room, but that isn’t overly bad sometimes. Although had to open the curtains to the room just to get more light in the room.
- Not allowing visitors into the rooms (this I understand for safety and security). Same time I have friends who live in this city and only see while I’m here on vacation.
- Located on a hill, so if older it’s harder on the legs to walk up a path and not have any stairs with railings.
Overall it’s a nice property and the location is close to everything. I would recommend this to people and myself I would stay here again.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien
Servicio excelente, atención muy buena, limpieza muy notable. El problema es el deterioro del piso de la habitación, mobiliario muy viejo , y reglas muy estrictas para ingresar al hotel con algún invitado, realmente es increíble que puedan ser muy estrictos en el ingreso de personas y no sean estrictos en los detalles de la habitación que requieren atención inmediata.
Esta muy cómoda y excelente en su relación calidad -precio sin duda la volveria a ocupar
Pedí una habitación para persona en silla de ruedas y fueron muy amables, la habitación espaciosa y muy cómoda con un baño bastante adecuado todo perfecto.
Me gusta la atención que recibe, sus habitaciones, las camas son muy cómodos y sus jardines son preciosos, alberca muy grande e iluminada

Lugar. Tranquilo solo que es incómodo trae un brazalete naranja . Si no es una instalación de juegos mecánicos.. dónde pagas y tienes derecho.a subirte a todos los juegos .es algo anticuado. Le quita plus..... Podrían dar un prendedor algo.diferente configurado con algún sensor de las.instalaciones .. sería. Más apropiado
