We stayed here off-season during March, so the price was super. The pool is lovely, sadly it was too cold to dip in :) The apartment is small, but sufficient for a family with 1 baby.
There is no king sized bed, but 2 separate single beds next to each other. The gap in the middle is not good if the baby sleeps in the bed with parents. The property kindly prepared the sofa-bed for us, which was OK to sleep in with our baby. There is no baby chair.
La comunicación, estaba todo limpio y ordenado, y era muy tranquilo.
La ubicación del lavabo del baño. Extremadamente cerca del wc y de la mampara de la ducha, casi no cabía cuando tenía que acceder.

El sofá estaba un poco sucio y faltaban utensilios de cocina. No había tijeras por ejemplo, también estaría bien un horno y los fogones un poco más potentes ya que costaba muchísimo cocinar porequ

My bedroom in room 102 was directly above the pool house for the swimming pool so the motor/pump was constantly in use switching on and off 24 hours of the day which was ok during the day but during the night the motor/pump switching on and off and making a droning noise whilst trying to sleep
It took me several nights to locate where the noise was coming from and after having reported the problem late at night the miter/ pump was switched off but by the time this was done I had moved my bed into the living room /kitchen to enable me to get some sleep but by the following day the noise was back on 24 hours and I slept in the living room for the rest of my holiday because I was told there were no other rooms to move me to
The problem needs resolving by the management and owners of the complex and room 102 should not be used by holidaymakers until the problem is resolved
By either fitting a new motor/pump and sound proofing the pool room below
It is a shame because the apartment was nice and this ongoing noise problem should have been rectified before me and any other guests had arrived
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A small issue on the first day was sorted promptly by the staff. Great location, only 5 min walk to the beach and a shop, and a Lidl and Aldi across the road. Will definitely recommend and will book again if we find ourselves in Mallorca in the future. Thank you very much.
Schönes helles Apartement. Fast jeden Tag gesäubert und neue Handtücher. Der Wasserkocher war defekt, der wurde ausgetauscht. Nah am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Frühstück 3 Minuten entfernt. Busse direkt um die Ecke. Daumen hoch.
Bett etwas ausgelegen. Leider hatten wir nicht die Sonnenseite, Balkon zum Pool wie auf den Bildern. Sondern Sicht auf eine Wand und somit Schatten. Schule um die Ecke.
Appartamenti fedeli alle immagini sul sito, tenuta bene e pulita, con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani ogni 2 giorni.
Finestre giganti e appartamento super illuminato.
Zona comodissima, sia per uscire a piedi la sera, sia come punto di partenza per girare l'isola in macchina.
Vicino a tutte le comodità: supermercati, ristoranti, spiaggia, noleggio biciclette, ciclabile...
Noi siamo andati a metà marzo quindi abbiamo sempre trovato da parcheggiare l'auto o per strada sotto la struttura, oppure nel parcheggio gratuito a 100mt... ma dicono che con l'alta stagione sia molto difficile parcheggiare, anche se è un problema l'email di tutta l'isola.
Forse il bagno un pò piccolo ma per 2 persone era comodo.

La única pega que añadiría,es la gestión, 2 mensajes sin contestar,que comentábamos el poder quedarnos una 1h y media mas ,para esperar el taxi ,y no contestaron ,por lo demás perfecto
La falta de comunicación asertiva
