Situado a 300 metros de la playa de Palmanova, el establecimiento cuenta con 13 amplios apartamentos distribuidos en tres plantas (sin ascensor). Cada unidad dispone de un dormitorio doble independiente de la zona de estar-comedor (la configuración de las camas depende de la preferencia del huésped: una cama doble o dos camas individuales). La zona de estar incluye un sofá y una cama para una tercera persona, lo que permite una capacidad máxima de 3 huéspedes.
Cada apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (frío/calor), TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, wifi gratuita, amplios balcones con mesa y sillas, y una cocina de concepto abierto totalmente equipada (utensilios de cocina, cafetera, nevera, microondas, tostadora y placa vitrocerámica). Pros:

The apartment was perfect for what we needed it for very clean and had everything we needed. The air con is great. All the staff where extremely friendly and helpful would definitely stay here or in the hotel again.

Esta muy bien ubicado, tiene muchos electrodomésticos útiles, camadas cómodas y es muy limpio. Además cuenta una linda pileta.

Pros:

Appartamenti nuovi, spaziosi e ben isolati, muniti di piscina e con staff molto gentile e accogliente. La struttura è a 5 minuti dal mare, vicino la via principale di Palmanova dove ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi.
Inoltre è vicino fermata Bus per spostarsi comodamente in tutta Palma.

we will definitely return to this apartment/hotel complex. Ideal for those who like peace.
Pros:

Very clean, good air conditioner, modern decor, comfortable beds, hot water, well equipped kitchen, excellent staff, close to lidl and mercadona. Cafes nearby, close to main bus stop. Nice beds around the pool, excellent if you want a quieter place, well run, great for couples and families.

Достаточно места, в номере просторно. В спальне нормальные матрасы. На ресепшене хорошая женщина и команда по завтракам. Ремонт свежий, пол приятный. Рядом Лидил, Алди.

Cons:

Район, по тротуарам нельзя ходить из за столбов, провода везде похоже как в Азии. В ванной нельзя нормально помыть руки, кран очень низкий. Проход к Унитазу закрыт умывальником. Стулья поломаны. Шторы в пыли сильно. Не видно старания вообще об удобстве гостей. Завтрак по меню очень маленькому, очень быстро надоедает. Напор воды на кухне очень слабый.

Parking might be a challenge during the high season, but we visited during a quieter period and were always able to find a spot without much difficulty.
