Beautiful property on a gorgeous beach. Little piece of paradise.
Pros:

Plunge pool casita was beautiful! Bathroom ( especially the shower) was fantastic. Setting couldn’t have been better. Communication was very good. Every staff member we interacted with was always friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Really enjoyed the Rumboat beach bar. We had hoped it would be a fantastic vacation but it exceeded all our expectations. 10/10

Cons:

Not sure I’d suggest any changes to the operation as it’s being run currently.

Perfect als je van een honeymoonvibe houd
Pros:

Pros:

Nice rooms

Cons:

Secluded area, no water taxi offered for the price paid. Walking to the village was muddy and a 30 min walk. No entertainment on the property. For the price paid, this doesn't compare to other resorts that actually have entertainment and things for guests to do. So I definitely wouldn't recommend

The boat room is a disaster; go for a wonderful casita instead
Pros:

The boat room was a disaster. Avoid at all costs. Had us moved to a regular Casita, which was fantastic. Nothing to like about the boat room. At least they were accommodating enough to move us to a better room and the service/stay from then on was great.

Cons:

Bed was busted, aircon dripped brown water onto us the whole night (condensation drip, positioned above the bed), enormous puddles seeping in from the door when raining, no light, dreary, felt like I was spending the night in a dull monastery, poor view. Had a single bed sheet and had to use pool towels to try and get some comfort. And to pay extra for the boat? Awful deal; the casitas are wonderful!!! Don't pay more for this room. Also it's misleading: I thought the boats were secluded but they're not. They're side-by-side and nowhere close to the interesting parts of the area.

Great in some respects
Pros:

The plunge pool room was fantastic

Cons:

The food wasn't always great (liked about a third of the dishes) and there are very few alternatives nearby. The wifi was out for the whole duration of our stay, no compensation for that.

Service poor and a bit run down, but still recommend
Pros:

Views true paradise. Rooms spacious. Worth the effort to get to the island!

Cons:

Service poor (inattentive)
Housekeeping often left dirty glasses (which attracted bugs)
Lack of towels / details would expect for true luxury
Restaurant / bar were often out of ingredients
Rain came through roof into room
Pools not heated so couldn’t use
Chairs in restaurant a bit run down (could do with replacing)
Pillows super hard (was difficult to sleep)
Mattress super soft and sagging (could do with replacing)
Reception did not respond to WhatsApp ever (completely not responsive)

Stunning Caribbean sanctuary of relaxation. Worth the $$.
Pros:

The room was absolutely beautifully decorated and super spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was heaven and exactly as pictured on Booking site. The property is jungle-meets-ocean sanctuary. The pool area is really cool with the chairs/ stools in the water. All of the restaurant staff were so friendly. The food was delicious. Pay the extra and get their private transport to/from Big Corn - totally worth the certainty, safety and speed.
