Bom hotel.
Pros:

Localização. Simpatia e disponibilidade do staff. Quarto grande.

Cons:

Os lençóis cheiravam a fumo. A recepção foi alertada e trocaram-os para a 2a noite. Não tivemos água no quarto até às 00.00 da primeira noite. Não foi da responsabilidade do hotel mas é sempre um desconforto. O pequeno almoço é básico. O frigorífico do quarto fazia arranques de noite. Parecia um carro a trabalhar dentro do quarto. Disse na recepção e não resolveram. Coloquei no zero e pronto. Assunto arrumado. Os cortinados deixam entrar claridade.

Great hotel in the city centre with excellent staff
Pros:

Excellent location in the city centre close to all the main attractions and public transport. The customer service was superb. All the staff were friendly, professional and informative. A special mention needs to be made to Dzenanda at reception and Ajla, the General Manager. They were so helpful in getting a room ready for us to check in to when we had arrived early. They went out of their way to provide a great service and we really appreciated it.

Cons:

The breakfast area is a little small and sometimes difficult to find a table during busy periods. This was a small inconvenience in an otherwise excellent hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Очень хороший отель
Pros:

Да благословит Бог того кто установил передвижной напольный кронштейн с телевизором. Очень удобно было включать фильмы с ноутбука не только из кровати перед сном, но и с дополнительного дивана. Классная кухня, все необходимое есть, персонал очень добрый и внимательный. Отель не вызывал желания чего то попросить или добавить, все было хорошо.

Cons:

Не сильно комфортно в постоянно переполненном крошечном зале для завтраков. В таком большом сан.узле было бы лучше поставить ванную.
