Çalışanların ilgisi alakası güzeldi,Marriott kalitesini çok konuşmaya gerek yok ama evde gibi hissettim diyebilirim, artı olarak ek parantez açmak istiyorum taharet musluğunuz olduğu için size çok ama çok teşekkür ediyorum

Cons:

Otopark biraz daha anlaşılabilir olabilir veya biraz daha kullanışlı ben ilk geldiğimde otoparkı bulamadım ve arkadaki dayıya iki günlüğüne 100 Mark verdim..

Pros:

Stayed here in March 2026. Great stay. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Room was comfortable, good shower. Breakfast was good. Great location to explore the old town from.

Wonderful Stay at Residence Inn Sarajevo!

We had an amazing stay at Residence Inn Sarajevo. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. 🏨✨

A special thank you to the manager, Ajla Kozica, who was incredibly hospitable. She welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made a big difference in our overall experience. 😊

All the staff members were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our trip even more relaxing and memorable.

We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant and comfortable stay! 💙

Pros:

Schön grosses Zimmer. Viele Stauraum Möglichkeiten. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sauber. Liebes Personal. Feines und grosszügiges Frühstück. Supper Lage.

Cons:

Das ich es, nach soviel mal in Sarajevo zu sein, erst jetzt gefunden habe.

Konumu, geniş odaları, temizliği güzeldi.

Cons:

Son gün yola çıkacağız diye oğlum, kahvaltı servisinde oradaki malzemelerle bir ufak sandviç yaptı kendine… görevli gelip uyardı, alamazsınız diye. Eee, o sandviç çöpe gitti. Değdi mi?

Pros:

The suite was large, with lots of room for our family of 4. Location was excellent, easy walk to everything and onsite parking very much appreciated. Rooms were quiet at night. Staff friendly and helpful. A few negatives, but overall the positives outweigh these and mean we would choose to stay here again.

Cons:

The sofa bed was fairly uncomfortable, we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room (panels seemed to be malfunctioning) and breakfast was average.

Pros:

Alles. Genauso wünscht man sich ein Hotel. Mega tolles Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hundefreundlich und modern ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer geräumig. :)
