Nice staff very helpfull great fresh breakfast

Very friendly staff great location for what we needed Breakfast was great lots to choose from and fresh

Cons:

Needs updating shower had black mold and floors uneven in bedroom needs a good deep clean dusty

Pros:

For us it was ideal everything we wanted clean room comfortable bed lovely breakfast polite and friendly staff great location for our visit would 100% stay here again loved it

Bueno pero lejano
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y el baño también, todo remodelado y en excelentes condiciones. Muy bueno el calienta toallas del baño. El desayuno contaba con varias opciones y muy contundente. Muy bien calefaccionado el lugar y tiene cerca un supermercado.

Cons:

La ubicación era lejos del centro de Liverpool, lo que hace difícil volver en horarios nocturnos. También, si bien el servicio de limpieza era bueno, era algo superficial pues debajo de la cama y en rincones había basura (de hecho al llegar abajo de la cama había un tenedor). Fuera de eso, todo lo demás estaba muy bien.

Super little place near Metro
Pros:

Loved we could upgrade & had a bath & light,airy, spacious loverly room.
Loved the breakfast.
Manager was very friendly.
Loved the free parking.
Loved that wasnt far from Metro station
Loved the warm radiators.
Loved there was a restaurant too open at night and a lounge to relax in.

Cons:

Didnt like the smaller room, just a preference though wasnt enough window or light.
