Wish we could have stayed another night!
Pros:

It was a perfect stay and it was a place we will go again.
Clean, warm and welcoming.

Cons:

There was only one thing we didn’t like:
We asked them to extend by one day. She said they don’t have availability. We, ok, we move on.
I also told here if suddenly a room gets available, let us know. She said ok.
Since we didn’t hear anything, we planned our move back to Dubai. Coincidentally I checked Booking.com again. And see as a surprise, even tough this Andrea told me they have full house, our bedroom would have been available!
Shame on her because she screwed up our whole stay!

Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten und die Lage sind sehr schön!
Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Dampfbad und das Wasser im Hallenbad war nicht ansprechend.
Das Personal in der Lounge war überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert und wirkte unfreundlich.

Parenthèse de bonheur en pleine nature
Pros:

Une vue depuis la chambre à couper le souffle ! Personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant ! L’espace piscine est incroyable pour se détendre après une belle randonnée … ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Das mein 10 jaehriger Sohn nur bis 10 Uhr morgens ins Spa durfte. Pauschal zu sagen dass Kinder nichts in einem Spa zu suchen haben, finde ich schwierig
