Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend.
Das essen war auch extrem gut und der Spa Berreich war auch sehr schön.
Auch die Massagen waren sehr gut und empfelenswert.
Auch die Lounge im Eingang ist sehr schön eingerichtet
Leider war der Lichtschalter in unserem Badezimmer kaputt, dass wurde auch direkt mitgeteilt, leider wurde das Problem bis zu unserer Abreise nicht behoben was ich sehr schade fand da man ja auch einen gewissen Preis bezahlt
Fabulous staff so friendly and helpful with local tours and taxis , Zaza at reception 10/10 for helping and Lounge team first cclass - really an amazing place to stay away from noise and hassle and great atmosphere at night and near Gstaad

Shuttle had limited hours didn’t get to make use of it very much.
Concierge/reception wasn’t very familiar or knowledgeable about area resources, just googled everything which is the same information guests already have. Called a cab which charged double to come so far, would have liked a warning about this
Even better than we could have imagined!
If visiting the area, this is the place to stay, hands down!

l'accueil était parfait. la taille dela chambre et son équipement étaient parfait également. Le bar et la vue étaient magnifiques. le petit-déjeuner était aussi très bien avec beaucoup de choix et de quantité.
La taille de la partie spa (piscine, sauna., hamman) étaient vraiment trop petits pour un établissement de ce style. Le manque d'éclairage dans la piscine peut engendrer des blessures car on ne voit pas les escaliers. Dans un spa de ce niveau il devrait y avoir des jets à diverses hauteur à l'intérieur de la piscine par exemple. Cette partie était vraiment la plus négative de l'établissement à notre goût.
We arrived earlier than check-in time, having driven over ten hours from England. Upon arrival, the hotel was in complete disarray due to a large event taking place. This had a significant negative impact on our experience, yet no prior communication or warning was sent to guests to inform us that hotel facilities would be severely disrupted.
Our luggage was left unattended at the entrance, containing valuables, and I had to personally request that it be stored securely. Both the restaurant and bars were closed, leaving us with nowhere appropriate to sit with our two dogs. We were told to wait on a sofa next to reception, without even a table, and the only suggestion offered by the reception staff was that we “go into town.” This was particularly frustrating as we had planned our arrival day specifically to relax at the hotel, enjoy the bar, and recover from our long journey.
For a hotel of this standard, the lack of alternative solutions, hospitality, or even basic empathy from the front desk staff was appalling. No effort was made to accommodate us or mitigate the inconvenience in any meaningful way.
Later that evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant and ordered the côte de bœuf at a cost of 144 CHF. One plate was acceptable; however, the second arrived excessively oily, with only three edible pieces, the remainder being almost entirely fat. We asked the waiter to replace the dish, but it was simply taken back to the kitchen and returned with the fat cut off. By that point, we were tired and did not wish to engage in further back-and-forth, but for a dish at this price point, this is wholly unacceptable and not reflective of the standard one would expect.
In addition, the television in our room was not functioning, with no channels available. When I returned to reception to request an HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop, I was told that none were available. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that could not provide such a basic item for guests
