Pros:

Personnel très aimable et disponible.
Chambre spacieuse et jolie vue sur les montagnes.
Le repas au Roc était très bon, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Le checkout à 11h00 est un peu tôt et nous pensions comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels, pouvoir encore profiter du SPA, mais il nous a été notifié que c’était 35.- CHF p.p. si nous voulions accéder après 11h00, alors que nous venions de payer une certaine somme déjà pour la nuit. Dommage.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schönes Hotel mit kleinem aber feinen Spa.
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung und Infrastruktur. Etwas speziell die Dekoration, Mischung aus Alpin und Formel-1 Motiven.

Cons:

Das Essen an diesem Abend hat unseren Erwartungen leider nicht entsprochen. Irgendwie war es einfach rundum nicht gut.

Beautiful
Pros:

Good location, and view. Excellent staff. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony. Spa was exceptional. There is parking available. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Only downside is that AC did not work and it was hot during the day. We were given a fan.

Wunderschön und atemberaubendes Hotel.Sagenhaftes Ambiente,luxuriöse Zimmer.Einzigartiges Design.Wohlfühlen pur. Wir wurden upgradet und es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr nettes super freundliches Personal.

Wish we could have stayed another night!
Pros:

It was a perfect stay and it was a place we will go again.
Clean, warm and welcoming.

Cons:

There was only one thing we didn’t like:
We asked them to extend by one day. She said they don’t have availability. We, ok, we move on.
I also told here if suddenly a room gets available, let us know. She said ok.
Since we didn’t hear anything, we planned our move back to Dubai. Coincidentally I checked Booking.com again. And see as a surprise, even tough this Andrea told me they have full house, our bedroom would have been available!
Shame on her because she screwed up our whole stay!

Die Räumlichkeiten und die Lage sind sehr schön!
Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Dampfbad und das Wasser im Hallenbad war nicht ansprechend.
Das Personal in der Lounge war überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert und wirkte unfreundlich.
