Good hotel on the surface but once you look at the details not so much.
Pros:

All public areas were quite nice

Cons:

Not a fan of the key’ed elevators. Forgot my key a couple times and had to take the stairs, luggage carts were unavailable most of the time. OUR BATHROOM DOOR DIDN’T WORK! As a mother with two boys I require a working door.

More than acceptable, but less than recommendable.
Pros:

Given comparable properties in the area, this hotel was well-priced.

Cons:

This hotel is rapidly approaching the time for a refesh. I observed frayed wall paper seams, thead bare carpets, and grimmy finger prints on door frames. The main reception desk had a back counter surface that was full to overflowing with clutter (parcels, plastic bags, etc.). That gave me the impression that this wasn't an organized or well-managed property. I also not that there's no real indication where the entrance is.
