More than acceptable, but less than recommendable.

Given comparable properties in the area, this hotel was well-priced.

Cons:

This hotel is rapidly approaching the time for a refesh. I observed frayed wall paper seams, thead bare carpets, and grimmy finger prints on door frames. The main reception desk had a back counter surface that was full to overflowing with clutter (parcels, plastic bags, etc.). That gave me the impression that this wasn't an organized or well-managed property. I also not that there's no real indication where the entrance is.

towels could be softer

Cons:

On our morning of departure there was NO WATER.
We could not shower, wash up in room.
Front desk offerred us bottles of water so we could brush our teeth.
We were not offerred any compensation for this considerable inconvenience.
