Pros:

The room served its purpose for a place to sleep for an overnight trip and the restauran and salad bar were decent and staff were friendly!
Affordable price

Cons:

The rooms are very run down and out-dated.. very diry lots of dust and stains in the carpets etc. Very old scratched up furniure Mould on bathroom ceiling! I won't be in a rush to come back here!

Love the Grand tasman!
Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly.
Food was amazing.
Clean comfortable beds and rooms.
Easy parking for disabled people.

First time visit at the Grand Tasman Hotel
Pros:

We liked the complimentary drink and 20% meal discount cards. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service and food was fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The mini fridge tilted on the base of the cupboard and somehow knocked the plug slightly and the fridge had no power. The bathroom door was a bit narrow and difficult to open and close.

Overall was a great stay
Pros:

The staff where friendly
The meals were excellent loved the shower had great pressure and the bed was so comfortable would definitely stay again

Cons:

We had a lot of trouble with the key card to get into the accommodation area

Cons:

The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. A toenail clipping was on the floor from previous guest. The edges of the carpet weren’t vacuumed.
