The unpleasant smell enter the room n outside the lifts..thats bearable just spray more perfume or essential oil..only the toilet bowl is dirty....please upkeep . We will come back again!! Hotel location is wonderful

Convenient location near KLCC
Horrible noise issue with illegal street racing (motorbikes) going round repeatedly in the small hours of the night. Terrible sound proofing and that really affected my rest.
The location at city center it is near all attractions as money value. It is good but not perfect. The building is a little bit old.

房间被咬了很多包，床上有虫子，想要开发票，推脱在平台开，开发票开了一个小时还没好，态度极其差哄赶客户，自己的问题还不耐烦想敷衍了事

The room has a strong moldy odor, and the air conditioner is barely working
A cama é confortável, a localização é muito boa, tem uma 7 Eleven na recepção do hotel, o que facilita muito, tem muita shoppings e restaurantes no entorno do hotel, fica muito próximo ao KLCC.
Os móveis são antigos, o isolamento de som da rua não é bom, escutando muita moto e buzinas, no Booking.com dizia ter café da manhã incluído e no hotel foi informado que não tinha café da manhã na reserva, o piso estava muito desgastado e irregular.
The hotel was in a great location for me.
The price paid for the room, bearing in mind the condition, was about right.
The TV flickered all the time. The pillow was too big for the pillow case revealing it being badly stained. I didn't use it! Sink emptied slowly. Broken tile on floor by shower should have been replaced not an attempt to repair it.
Fridge wasn't cold. Laminate flooring through out was in poor condition.
