Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, with unbearable noise making it impossible to sleep
Pros:

There were a few positive aspects. The room was generally clean, and I appreciated the complimentary upgrade. The location is central and convenient for getting around the city.

Cons:

Room: The room itself was generally clean and acceptable. However, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable - very large and hard, making it impossible to sleep properly.

Location: The biggest issue was the noise. Our room was facing the main road, and the noise level was unbearable. It felt like cars and especially motorcycles were driving directly through the room. I did not sleep at all during the entire night. This completely ruined my stay, and I had an important day the next morning.

It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us in advance that even-numbered rooms face the road. If I had known, I would never have accepted such a room. Unfortunately, I only realized how bad the noise was late at night, when changing rooms was no longer a realistic option.

Breakfast: I did not try the breakfast, as I am currently fasting during Ramadan.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing mainly due to the extreme noise and lack of transparency regarding room location.

Welcome to KL & DeKing Hotel !
Pros:

As usual, this hotel is the best price/quality in the center of KL. Staff is very kind, helpful and professional. Room is nice. I’ll go over there next time for sure!

Cons:

A bit noisy sometimes with other rooms but it’s okay.

Great location, great value
Pros:

Great location in the city centre. 7 Eleven downstairs which was convenient & close to all the malls and train station. Simple, good value, and comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room too. I have no complaints & would stay again!

Cons:

Carpets in hallway show some aging / stains, but not a big issue and I would still stay again for the convenience and location. Room was comfortable!

Very strategic location and worth for the money.
Pros:

They provide parking with discounted price of RM5 per day. Just have to validate your card at the reception counter.

All of their staff were very nice especially crew at the reception and housekeeping crew as well.

Cons:

Just a small comment. Suggest to clean bathroom wall tiles grouting at the shower area. Some already turn black.
