Great location, great value
Pros:

Great location in the city centre. 7 Eleven downstairs which was convenient & close to all the malls and train station. Simple, good value, and comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea, water in the room too. I have no complaints & would stay again!

Cons:

Carpets in hallway show some aging / stains, but not a big issue and I would still stay again for the convenience and location. Room was comfortable!

Very strategic location and worth for the money.
Pros:

They provide parking with discounted price of RM5 per day. Just have to validate your card at the reception counter.

All of their staff were very nice especially crew at the reception and housekeeping crew as well.

Cons:

Just a small comment. Suggest to clean bathroom wall tiles grouting at the shower area. Some already turn black.

The atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful

Very handy to shops mall and hotels
Pros:

Located to the KLCC and Avenu - K shopping malls. It’s a shoppers paradise as far ca as location goes. There is even a Durian Centre with outdoor eating that the hotel offers, convenience shop and a Nasi Kandar restaurant attached. Very handy for the older tourists.

Cons:

Hotel needs a repaint job an the carpets on the 12 floor should be replaced with new ones.
Unfortunate building works nearby so construction notices are inevitable

Pros:

I took a bus from Singapore to KL and the bus stopped very close to the hotel, so hotel was easy to access. Short walk to the Petronas Towers.

Cons:

There was a fridge in the room with the light, but it wasn't cool. You need to pay 200 RM as a cash as a deposit.

Pros:

the toilet bowl has stain and looks very bad. the entire toilet and bathroom is very old and same as public toilet. feel like vomiting. we never took shower there during our stay.
the TV cabinet and shelf for the tea kettle was very dusty.

Cons:

staff should be polite and toilet should be renovated.
TV cabinet and tea kettle also to be replaced
