Good comfortable stay close to KLCC and MRT. Helpfull staff.
Pros:

Good location nearby to KLCC and MRT station. 20min MRT ride to LK Sentral. Room well maintained. Good bathroom. Bed comfortable. Security OK.

Pros:

Near to KLCC Suria. Easy to get food because of 7 eleven and nasi kandar just next to the hotel.

Cons:

The television is too poor. Cannot turn on, although for a while. Hopefully, it can improve better until my next visit.

Cons:

The unpleasant smell enter the room n outside the lifts..thats bearable just spray more perfume or essential oil..only the toilet bowl is dirty....please upkeep . We will come back again!! Hotel location is wonderful

I will not stay here again simply because of the noise problem

Cons:

Horrible noise issue with illegal street racing (motorbikes) going round repeatedly in the small hours of the night. Terrible sound proofing and that really affected my rest.
